Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent selection for the size of the shop. The only bad thing about this store is out of their control and that is access from Bunker and 47, South and westbound easy to get in, but North and Eastbound you need to do a U turn.

Tino, was very helpful from the moment I entered the store. I am still quite new to the cigar world. Wanting to experience as much as I can, he was able to help me pick some great sticks from my past experiences. The man knows his stuff. I am just visiting the Twin Cities and I have come two nights in a row to smoke cigars and ask questions. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to picking cigars. This is a great shop!! Huge selection of quality premium cigars and the staff has great knowledge. They are polite and very understanding. They carry boutique and mainstream cigars. The prices are great as well. They have a small seating area if you want to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I love this little shop. They have a little of everything, fair and competitive prices, very helpful and friendly and overall a nice place. Decent sized humidor and nice cigar selection, house blends for pipe smokers and decent choices for vape options as well. I highly recommend checking them out.

The store itself is well-kept n clean... Well-stocked n organized with plenty of variety. The main man (name still unknown) that's usually there... is nice but quiet. Omar(spelling?) is a great guy. Polite n Professional... with a soft, comforting side. More personable than the elder gentleman.
Every other tobacco shop that I've ever been to... will offer or just give you a free lighter when you buy tobacco n tubes... but here you need to ask for it - they'll give you one (no fusz) - just remember to ask.

Very nice shop. They keep an honest inventory and will order on request. Prices are reasonable as well. Would love to see specials on brands, types or any cigar purchases. Someday maybe a cigar lounge???

Omar has this place dialed in. Always looking for new cigars while keeping the tried and true in stock. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not going to Ramsey Smoke Shop! Wait, why are you reading this?? Get out there already!
