Large common items are easy to find. Smaller, more obscure items could take a little hunting. The app will tell you which aisle something is located in, but they are long aisles.

This Kroger has the best sushi in town! The party platter is awesome and great for the entire family a lot cheaper than going out to a restaurant. We order party platter weekly and they make it fresh. And most of all, the sushi guys are really friendly.

I mostly use the pickup option for my grocery shopping. This went through a lot of growing pains but works really efficiently now. The app is so easy to use. The pick up let's you decide on substitutions. You alert the store when you are on your way. You let them know when you arrive. The best part of the app is the amount of digital coupons it offers. On my last visit, I saved over $76! I also use points earned to get Kroger gas for a nice discount. I use their pharmacy and have never had any issues. Overall, it is a great place that I highly recommend!

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff and very friendly pharmacy.

This review is kind of a mixed bag, but, ultimately has a happy ending. I have a friend who sent me a Kroger e-gift card so that I could use it for fuel, but, it turns out, Kroger doesn't allow you to use e-gift cards for fuel, even though it says in the terms and conditions of the e-gift card that you can use it for fuel.

So, I spent an hour at this location in Avon trying to get it resolved but was unable to get it resolved because I didn't have certain personal information about the purchaser. Frankly, I don't understand why an e-gift card can't perform the same functions as an actual physical gift card. It would be great if Kroger could rectify this.

My hope is that in the future, Kroger will allow e-gift cards to be used to purchase fuel. With that said, the acting store manager I believe, Joseph, was really great about everything. He was literally on the phone for probably 30 minutes trying to get it resolved and he had to call a few different numbers to get to the correct department.

Unfortunately, as I said above, because I didn't have certain personal information about the purchaser, they could not move forward with the process. Joseph, however, went out of his way to help me and bought me $30 dollars worth of gas with HIS money.

Pretty amazing customer service and Joseph was cool as a cucumber the entire time because he knew I was stressed about the situation. I'm not mad at Kroger or anything, because I love shopping there. But, they really need to update the legalese in the terms and conditions with regard to their e-gift cards so that it doesn't say you can purchase fuel with an e-gift card.

Joseph is an amazing manager and human being for helping me because I truly did need to get gas and he made that happen. There are still great people out there who want to help and I am grateful that they exist, because we need as much human kindness as we can muster in this world. Because it is only us, as a collective, who can change this world.

Thank you for helping, Joseph, you are a good egg:) I will continue to be a loyal Kroger customer because outside of this minor snafu, Kroger is still the best grocery store around.

Extremely clean and friendly employees! Always stocked nicely

Wow. Great selection. Amazing staff, always feel welcome. The check out lane is one of my favorite parts of the experience. Especially if Billy is back there! Has a local small town grocery feel with big time selection.

Great layout and service. They have expecting mothers and parents with toddlers parking close to the door.

I have had experiences good and bad here. I still hate the last remodel job. So many things make no sense whatsoever. The thing I always get first, water, is in the center aisles toward the back. And the thing I get last, bread is not too far from the water. There is no simple way to shop here. The refrigerated and frozen covers both sides and the back so there can be no easy way to get what you want without covering the store in circles. However, I have had shingles this year and am still recovering. There is a lot I cannot lift and the employees have all been friendly and helpful. One employee even did my shopping with me on an especially bad day. They make up for the stupid layout of the store.

Checkout was quick and the cashier, Marsha was professional and caring. The baggies, Ham was also professional and helpful. She went back to get me milk I forgot to get.

I shop at this Kroger a lot and the same friendly face is always there to make sure I’m doing ok and to see if she can help. She is very professional and Kroger is lucky to have an employee like Lynda! It’s a very rare thing to be treated right at a store anymore and she is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Lynda!

This Kroger always seems to be well stocked and clean. They have a good produce section that is always well stocked. I love the u scan but it can be tough to find help with scanning something because the cashier running the u scan is off tasking. I definitely believe they should multi task so I don't know if there is a good solution for that.

Overall though my family and I always have nothing but good trips to this Kroger and appreciate the friendly staff.

Kroger always has the best shopping experience of any grocery store. This one has a great produce section, and the Starbucks inside the store is super nice as well. We just came for a veggie tray, but the location is super convenient; I'm sure we'll be back.

Good place to shop. Note some employees cannot wear masks as Drs Orders. COPD causes big problems for them. People with disabilities want to work without burdening taxpayers. Many Great People work here.

Picked up a couple of items. Checker and baggy were both friendly and efficient.

I shopped at the Avon, Indiana store this morning. The store by 267 and Rockville Road. An employee named Jane was stocking shelves and stopped to ask if she could help me find something as she saw me pondering over parchment paper. She figured out for me which was the better deal between the individual cut sheets of Kroger brand (all they carry) or the roll you tear off yourself of the Reynold's brand. She was very helpful and friendly. She could have just minded her own business and finished her job of stocking shelves. Her manager doesn't know the reason it took her longer stocking is because she helped me. Then another young lady named Renee talked me into signing up for a Kroger Visa card. She was such a sweet, gentle person. Nothing abrasive or pushy about her at all. She just told me why it made good business sense to have a Kroger Visa card. Wow! All those gas points! Not to mention, I can just pay my bill each month at the service desk. How easy is that?!I had such a positive experience in your store this morning and I just thought I'd tell you. I promise I do not know either of these ladies. Thank you.

One of the very best Kroger's in the area. After a great selection of produce, organic foods, peanut butters, coffees, Hand-picked candy, and more. Very beautiful story Lay out and is often very well staffed. There is a very nice dining and café/lounge area that can be used if you're waiting on a family member or friend as they shop. There is plenty of parking and also a Kroger gas station that often has very good prices on Fuel

We live in Brownsburg where there is a Kroger 7 minutes away, but after we moved here we we discovered we always prefer going to the Kroger in Avon. Everyone is much friendlier and helpful there. The store is clean, spacious, well lit, and well stocked and the produce is always fresh. The main reason we started going to the Avon Kroger is the Pharmacy. Jim, the manager goes out of his way to help and advise us and to answer any questions. All of the staff are just as helpful, courteous, and professional. We never feel rushed or made to feel we're inconveniencing anyone. We're always greeted cordially and treated well on the phone and in person.

This is the best Kroger. Great staff. I believe they have low turnover. The only thing I would say is that the last time I was there the bathroom was so filthy I didn't want to use it. But that is a very unusual situation so I'm assuming they will take care of it quickly
