Trudy's Hallmark Shop

Absolutely adore this shop. Brings back good memories from when I was a little child. So many cool gifts too, very unique. I find a lot of Hallmark shops in San Antonio grandma like but this one is awesome! (Apologies to the grandmothers out there). It’s located in the extra Quarry Market so I’m sure that helps.

Expect sensory overload. Holiday stuff wall to wall. It’s quite mesmerizing. Truthfully, it’s actually a refreshing escape from a busy life.

The ladies were so kind and helpful always walking around making sure you’re doing OK. They even allowed our little baby to come with. :)

I had the best customer service experience with Frederika today at the Trudy’s Hallmark on Basse Rd. She was just so tender, sweet and truly a blessing to talk with as she rang up my purchases. She had noticed I purchased things for a pet passing and had such kind and loving things to say about pets. She was attentive and very much personable, it was exactly what I needed at that moment. She is a godsend and I will definitely be back to shop there because of her. Great choice Hallmark for hiring tender and caring people to represent your business. I’m from out of town. Found this marvelous Hallmark store in the Quarry. This store was the largest and most stocked Hallmark store with so many wonderful gifts that I have encountered. I actually made two shopping trips to the store. The assistants were all so kind and knowledgeable. One assistant was Fredericka, who was the dearest and most personable person I have met recently. She help me very much. Thank you Fredericka and all the personnel at Trudy’s Hallmark!

Spectacular customer service! Heart warming items. Always a welcoming, magical, vibe in the store! I recommend visiting the shop at least twice a month to help keep you in a happy state.

Prices are a little high, but it is Hallmark after all. Loved everything that they had.

Big assortment of cards for everyone on your list! My sister and her wife loved the joint mother's day card for them who are raising 2 adorable boys. The staff came up to offer assistance as soon as I walked in as usual. The areas are clean, spacious, and you'll find the bathroom to be the same. All the products are displayed well and easy to select from and reach for us shorter peeps. I go often and will continue to.

This is one of my favorite stores to do my shopping because I find the most unique gifts for family and friends. I'm very impressed with the new location at the Quarry. The store is spacious, organized and well-stocked. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy shopping at this Hallmark. Have been shopping there for a very long time. Now that they moved to a new location at the Quarry, parking is better and they have more space. Love it there. Workers are very friendly and asks if you need help. Live it. Love it. Live it.

They always have great gifts and decorations. Trudy's Hallmark store has moved to a nicer, bigger location at The Quarry Market. Starting with Christmas in July when a portion of the Christmas and Halloween ornaments are revealed is always a nice/fun time to browse and reserve your decorations for the holidays. Definitely worth going and taking a look at what they have to offer.

One can definitely get lost in this store. So much to see. Always so clean and organized with customer service that doesn't disappoint. Cashiers & customers both have the same joyful spirit. Their Christmas displays have gifts for all ages and for male and female alike. Thank you Hallmark.

Love this place. Normally the customer service is nice and helpful not so much the last time I was there. She must of been having a bad day!

My wife and i went to get some birthday cards. They have a large selection. We also bought some hallmark ornaments. They have some very unique ornaments. They make great gifts for Christmas or just about any occasion. They can be a bit pricey but the recipient will really appreciate the uniqueness they represent.

Nice and big Hallmark Store with a huge selection of cards, Christmas ornaments, Hallmark Channel merch and decorations for every season. The staff is amazing (specially Friederica, I hope I spelled her name correctly!)

Love the place. I was able to put some stuff away and pick it up at a later date. They were very courteous and thorough about explaining about everything.

This place is awesome!!!! All kinds of cards, and other cool items. They have a great selection of LIFE IS GOOD t-shirts and hats. And Christmas stuff to choose from. As well as the other hoidays. So drop by and pick up a cool card for that cool person or ex in your life.
