If it weren't for Sandy in the Auburn, Ma location I would.have never ever found them! This is not the first time she has helped me locate something. And it is always with a smile. Thank you Sandy!

Went in today around 7am with some questions about deck paint. Kevin in the paint department is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't get the manager's name but they were also very helpful. There is a Home Depot closer to my house but I go to this one because it's always just been a better experience.

Stopped in from out of town to look at washer and dryer combos. Lisa in appliances was very helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us decide which washer/dryer to purchase when we get back home from our trip. More Home Depot stores need associates like this. Thank you Lisa

Jean in plumbing was a great help. Not only did he tell us where the item was but he walked us to the item and compared it to the parts we brought and made sure we had the correct item. Great service and a rare find in my experience!

HD has a great inventory system so you know if what you need is in stock. Quick and easy with returns too.

Just extending my gratitude and thanks to Rick, the manager of this location. Not going to elaborate how he made me realize Home Depot does appreciate its customers, but for some inconveniences beyond his control, he still made sure to make me feel like I’m not just one of a million customers that walk through the stores doors. Nicole in customer service helped us out with a tricky situation with a sloppy and unprofessional contractor and helped us make sure our flooring order, paid for with our card, didn’t turn into a fat store credit card for this contractor. She came in clutch.

When I got into the store I asked an employee where to get what I needed. I then had a question about a product. The first employee stated he did not know but would get someone who did. That person arrived within minutes. Not only did he answer my questions but gave me more information regarding what I needed to do for My project.

Home Depot is the place to go for all your house hold needs we found a great deal on a celling fan! All employees were extremely helpful! We need help cutting blinds as well. The employee stopped what he was doing and came right over to help us nice young fellow wish I got his name!

Review pertains mainly to Curbside Pick-Up

I ordered on a Friday for a curbside pickup. I got the email that it was ready within 2 hours. Granted, it was just a vacuum, but they were the only store around that had the exact one I wanted in stock. Regardless, many stores are not that quick, even for one item.
I went to pick it up on a beautiful Saturday, around noon. I was worried as it's a well known VERY busy time for Home Depot.

The locations for Curbside Pickup were clearly marked and there were plenty of open spots. I pulled up, clicked "I'm here" in the email they sent and waited.
The wait time was less than 5 minutes, I'd say 3 minutes at most.

I was very impressed over all by their curbside pick up service. Obviously, during this virus many stores have started doing it, but most are not this organized and definitely not as quick, especially during very busy times.

That 2 minute wait for my vacuum allowed me to see all the pretty flowers in the garden center and I ended up going in the anyway! The employees in the garden center were incredibly friendly and very helpful. All around, it was a really good experience at home depot today, even though tbe place was insanely busy.

I went this home depot to pick up an order and as you can expect in summer it was busy. I think there were about 5 people in front of me- so, about 5 minutes to be seen- I say that isn't too shabby. This Home Depot compared to Shrewsbury has a cleaner and more organized store- from the social distance partitions to the overall flow/layout of the store. The women at the service desk help me bring 20x bags on concrete and metal gates to my truck. That is not a fun task. She stopped everything to help me out and was 100% pleasant about it.

I know that is what expected in regards to service, but you would be surprised.

My only qualm about this store are the people (not employees) who live in the clouds. Please look both ways before you aimlessly walk outside the store. Isn't that something you teach to children? Also, if the manager asks you to wear a mask and you huffing and puffing maybe let go of your pride and ignorance for the sake of humanity. This might be an overall issue across the US, but I felt like throwing shade. 🤷‍♀
