AT&T Store

My sales rep was amazing! Mr. Layton S. got me in and out in a timely manner! Helped with everything I needed and made sure I was satisfied! Also the store was nice and clean, smelled great, nice music, great environment overall! I will be back🙂

Ask for Laterica Lawson at 1800 MacArthur drive in Alexandria LA. Most incredible agent I have ever dealt with at any company. Her co workers all seemed friendly also. I personally hate the experience of doing upgrades but she made it easy and did every thing I asker and also made my bill cheaper. Yall need to have thousands of that incredible lady.

Jarold knew his job well, was eager to help and patient with our unique needs. He would be a corporate trainer. He was assisted by Jaylohn who was also eager to take initiate to move forward with the task at hand and research to answer questions we had. Two very professional young men.

A very friendly staff and the largest AT&T store in the area! After visiting 2 stores and Best Buy, this location had exactly what I was looking for! Samsung is a vastly superior machine over those Chinese and Korean tinker toys they call Tablets and with added insurance (which I didn't get) I will always have piece of mind with my new device!

Allison at the MacArthur Dr store I. Alexandria was phenomenal!! It has been a week of trying to get my 92 ur old mothers phone activated and she was the ONLY one that was able to do it and with an amazing smiling attitude. Allison you made both my moms and my day. Thank you!!!

Allison helped me in so many ways today..............needed a new phone and she was so patient with all of my questions. She gave me great info on my monthly bill and went out of her way to make me happy about a new phone!! She is the BEST!!

Laterica was amazing to work with! She was kind, professional, and genuinely made my life easier. I’ve been a customer since AT&T was Cingular and this was hands down the best experiences/ interactions I’ve had in one of the stores.

By far the best customer service I have ever had. Liv got me in and out taking care of all my phone needs and hotspot. I had to bring a phone back to her as a trade-in. She was getting off work so she turned me over to another young man I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. He took care of everything I needed as far as transferring stuff over to the other phone fabulous service would recommend the store to anyone friendly greeted when you went in the door didn’t make you feel like you were just another number.

Good deals and great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Helped me find the deals and plans I needed. I think Allyson was the name of the agent who helped me get switched over. She was super nice and super helpful.

My salesperson was extremely helpful and courteous and very professional. She assisted me in understanding my needs, identifying the most efficient products, and still staying within my budget. I cannot say enough good about Keisha (name may be misspelled).

As I stated, my salesperson was extremely helpful. In fact, she had to be called back into the office because I was late for my appointment, so the 10-15 minute wait was actually my error. She was very cordial and professional about me missing the scheduled time.

I have had not-so-pleasant experiences with AT&T in the past, but Keisha far surpassed any of those negative experiences . I will recommend her, and AT&T, to anybody in the future.

Walked in with no appointment, and Ayden was amazing. He got me and my son exactly what we needed and sold us more accessories! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks Ayden for getting us fixed up quickly and efficiently!

Went in this location yesterday to purchase an Apple Watch and the customer service is superior. I was greeted by everyone when I walked in and was immediately approached by an associate for assistance. I worked with La’Derrious this young man has outstanding customer service skills. He was very patient and got my issues resolved and even saved us some money. This location is awesome from the customer service skills to the sense of urgency they have to take care of their customers.

The store was busy. All representatives were assisting other customers but did recognize me and they would help me as soon as possible. Tyra assisted me. She was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions. She also looked for ways to help me save money. I could not have asked for a better experience!
