Linh's Homestay

We loved this place, decided to stay one extra night! The woman in the reception is wonderful, she gave us very good information about the national park and suggestions on what to do within our budget. She also made sure the bicycles we rented were good and told us a lot of interesting things about Vietnam and how people live here.

The breakfast is filling and tasty although you might have to wait for it so don't wait until the last minute if you have a tight schedule. The beds are big and comfortable but the rooms are quite humid so don't expect any wet clothes to dry during the night. If you are looking for a cheap but still comfortable and nice place this is perfect for you!

Beds are comfortable and rooms clean with a hot shower. The woman who works the desk is super helpful and sweet. Even gets up at 4:30a when the bus from Hanoi gets there to meet guests. The breakfast that comes with the stay was good and they rent motobikes. And towels smell great!!

Linh's so welcoming, she couldn't do more for us, so helpful. Everything we needed sorting she'd organise for us, even gave us cheaper prices than 'grab'. Gave us information on all attractions in the area and sorted us out with the next hostel on our adventure. Breakfast here is very good, beds are comfortable and showers are good, nothing to complain about.

The staff was super friendly and helpful especially Quynh. She is the best! She speaks very good English and she is a very charming and hardworking person.
The room was big and clean. Very good breakfast with a plenty of choice.
Also there are many restaurants in the area and the bus station is a few meters away from the hotel.
Good value for money! Highly recommended!

We only stayed at Linh's Homestay for 1 night before doing a 2D/1N trekking tour on Tu Lan. However, our stay was very good. It's very well located, on the main street of Phong Nha, very close to the drop off bus station and lots of restaurants. Our room and bathroom very very big, and comfortable, and Linh is a fantastic host. She helps you in everything you need, and is very sweet, nice and professional. The also prepare very good breakfast, even if you have to leave early in the morning for the trek. We asked the if we could leave our big luggage there while we were away trekking for 2 days, and had no problems with it. Don't hesitate and stay at Linh's while visiting extraordinary Phong Nha caves, you will not regret it!

Best customer service I've received over all of South East Asia. I arrived by bus at around 4am, much earlier than I expected, but Linh allowed me to sleep in one of the beds for the rest of the night for free. My room later that day was clean, comfortable, and I had 2 beds to myself for $11. Such a deal and such great customer service!

Great place. Was here in sept was 250k vnd for a 2 bedroom. So for 2 people its comparable to easy tiger pkus you get a private room with ac and a fan. The staff is great and got us a 30% discount to paradise caves and tue free breakfast was awesome. Much quieter that other places. If youblioking for great service and a melow atmosphere with low rates then this is the place. If your lioking for a horde of fellow travelers and backpackers to drink into the night with then maybe this isnt for you.

Amazing! Our host was accommodating and very helpful. When one of our motobikes got locked up (steering wheel), they went out and picked it up and returned my water bottle to me. Very helpful for food recommendations, and tasty breakfast.

We didn’t stay here but we came to rent a motorbike and the host was soo nice! She is very helpful and she also gave us information about other stuff and sold us bus tickets at great price. I can’t say anything about the homestay but the stuff are definitely very nice and the host has great english!

Amazing amazing amazing! Quynh was a great host, extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. We wouldn't want to stay in any other place in phong nha town and if we were to visit vietnam again we would have to pay her a visit. The homestay was also clean, well located and had everything we needed.

This is a wonderful place to stay in! The rooms are nice and clean and the bathrooms very spacious. Linh was great and really helpful! Location is perfect and you can book good trips through this place.

I marked this homestay on the map because it's this good. The Homestay Manager Huyen gives top information about the park and where to get what in the village. Even if it's just gas for a decent price, getting a bus to anywhere or awesome hidden local food.She even gets you a 30% discount on most of the attractions in the park ( price range between 200k - 500k , do the math ).The beds are soft,wifi is fast, shower is hot, renting bikes to discover the park and the Ho Chi Minh trail is cheap and breakfast is tasty. If you want a cozy place thats not packed with backpackers partying all night you found it. The party places are one minute down the road though :-)

great, silent place in the middle of the party hostels!
Rooms are clean and tidy - Wifi works flawless as well.
Linh the at reception is very nice and helps you out for sure!

Centrally located. Comfortable and friendly. Staff (pictured) speaks excellent English. Great value. Hold off on booking your tours until you can get it done here. Will save money.

Great place with lovely people. Quiet and comfy rooms, breakfast included too. One of the better places I stayed in Vietnam.
