The service was really nice. Food was tasty. Reasonable price. We ordered three dishes for two people ,it was fulfilling. If you have a little more appetite maybe order one more thing.

We had our favourite lunch in Albania at this restaurant. Everything was super flavourful and fresh, the beer was super cold and yummy as well. Highly recommended!

Loved this place. We were the only people in both nights (made us nervous originally) but oh my, nothing to fear.

Freshly cooked authentic and all the positive adjectives. Lamb baked in yoghurt, perfect seasoned pork ribs and tzasiki was stunning. We are picky but a straight 10 for this family business. Just off the main road down from the castle.

Perfect local cuisine. They offer various albanian traditional dishes. If you are heading from castle to the city center, don't hesitate and stop for lunch.

Very good fërgesë and lamb and yogurt casserole. The staff let us in even though they were just opening the restaurant. Portions could be a bit bigger as we only got 2 small pieces of meat.

Fantastic authentic Albanian food with plenty of vegetarian options. We had fergese which was delicious! (Apologies if misspelled)

Very good traditional food and kind staff.

It’s a friendly restaurant and good food with fair price. The grill pork rib taste amazing. It looks like other traditional restaurants, nothing fancy from the look, but if you can get your seat at the balcony, drink some beer and order some grill meat. It’s great enough!

One of our favourite meals in Albania

Traditional food at its best! This meal was one to remember after spending two weeks travelling around Albania. The food was delicious and so fresh. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff were very friendly! Would definitely recommend eating here if you are looking to enjoy an authentic meal in this traditional city.

An absolutely amazing experience with wonderful traditional food. The prices were extremely reasonable for the portions and the taste of the food. My parents could not stop saying how delicious everything was. We were the only ones to have walked in and eaten at the place at the time which was a shock given how good it was. The price of the lamb was 800 lek for half a kg which is super cheap and it tasted really good. Will definitely go again, server also spoke above average English and was really friendly.

Vegetarian options are great here, particularly the stuffed eggplant and fergese were so delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I wish I could give this place more than five stars. We have been driving around all of Albania for the last week and this is the best food we have had thus far, hands down. The 3 of us ordered doubles of everything and ate it all. Definitely eat here. The service was great and they were very friendly. Also some of the best red wine we have had in weeks. Can’t recommend it enough. Shumë shumë e mirë.

Small family business run by mother, father and two sons. friendly people, reasonable prices. Food was so good, tasting like real good homemade food, i had to thank the cook (mother of the house) personaly. go there and try not to eat your fingers :)

This restaurant is perfectly located to get some food in your belly before or after looking at the castle. The food was delicious and quite cheap considering the location. Friendly staff and the perfect people watching spot on the balcony are another good reason to eat here.

The food was amazing!!! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Berat and all of Albania. I've been to several restaurants in Berat and they were all terrible and the food had no flavor. Elvi’s restaurant is the ONLY restaurant that had delicious flavorful food. We order 4 different dishes and they were all exceptional. Highly highly recommend this place.
