Amazing quality food! Best food I’ve ever tried in Albania. Run by a family and all very sweet and welcoming 💗🫶🏻 everything we had was delicious.

Oh dear, what a lovely people here. The daughter with her parent’s will cook you the best traditional Albanian dish for you. The food was really good and I could stop eating actually, this is a place to visit for sure when your around the castle. They gave us some mandarins from their own, even that was good!👍

The best food we had on our Albanian trip. We had stuffed peppers and stuffed eggplants both tasted great. Staff was very nice and food was reasonably priced. Place is in old town with pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience at Temi that we returned a second evening during our stay in Berat. The host Tatiana was so welcoming and kind and she speaks both English and Italian. We liked all of our food but most enjoyed the chicken soup and the qofte tave. The baklava and mountain tea were two other favorite items. The food is affordable and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We will certainly return if we ever find ourselves in Berat again.

We tried Fergese, musaka, white cheese appetizer, chicken with rice and lamb with salad.
The only thing we wouldn’t order again is the chicken&rice, it was not bad, but too “normal”. All the rest was really good 🫶🏼
We tried cold fergese before in different restaurant and didn’t really like it, here we asked for a second portion, it was sooo nice. We also had bad experiences with Tavë Kosi lamb&yogurt casserole, and now looking at pictures of temi version of it I would definitely try it again.
As to drinks - Wine carafes (0.5l - 600 leki) are a great option, but we definitely recommend to take the red one :)

Such a great experience here! The staff and family are so lovely and friendly. We came for both lunch and dinner. Seating alongside the restaurant on a quant street. Tasty home cooked food and local specialities.

Very good, small restaurant that serves homemade food.

The place is run by cute granny who is both a waitress and a cook. Food served is traditional Albanian cuisine. There isnt much room to have a seat so it may be crowded in high-season.

AMAZING food, service and atmosphere. We had Moussaka, chicken and rice and fruit salad and all was super tasty. The waitress even brought out burning coffee to keep the wasps away from us! Amazing.

This place is a family business which deserves to be known. Lovely people, great and tasty food decently priced, idilic location.
Loved the cherries we received on the house. The baklava was also amazing.
We will come back :)

It feels just right. Traditional food with care prepared in the small open kitchen. 5 tables situated on the street in the shade, just perfect after the steep climb to the fortress. The whole experience is great.

we came here twice in one week and we felt like we were treated like family. the food is great and the staff are also great. in the photo you see the cake the lady made which my wife ate so fast i couldnt get a photo of :) i definitely recommend this place

Great experience at Temi, as always. It feels like you’re in someone’s home eating their homemade cooking. Everyone is so kind, the food is delicious, and the prices are pretty good for the location. It’s not everyday you get to eat homemade food INSIDE A CASTLE!

And on top of it all, when we were about to leave, they gave a delicious little apple dessert.

This is the one, folks. It has the views, the decor, the welcoming smiles, and the homemade food including the mousaka of a lifetime. Very affordable considering.

The best food we've had our trip to Albania, by far!

The moussaka was out of this world, but so were all the other dishes, like thbell pepper and feta.

Get a dessert too! White wine was fresh and perfect.

The atmosphere is gorgeous, service was impeccable, very friendly. This is a family owned restaurant and the whole family cooks, such a great place.

The food at Temi’s was delicious and authentic. Probably the best meal we have had in Albania, so good that we had to order the meatballs (Qofte) twice.

Service and atmosphere was incredible and it felt like being invited into the home of an Albanian family. If you’re in Berat, definitely recommend stopping by and trying their amazing food.

The food is amazing and reminded me of childhood. It's very honest and traditional, but cooked and seasoned to perfection. The host is a really nice old lady and she even gave us home-grown oranges when we left.

Wonderful traditional dishes and a real authentic Albanian dining experience, both homemade and old-school atmosphere.
