1 star only because 0 isn't an option. 22nd September arrived for holiday in Albania from UK. Visited this store to buy SIM card. Told the 30 day Gigamax bundle shown on the Vodafone Albania website wasn't available. Took the only suitable alternative offered, 500LEK more expensive + 200 for the actual card. They took a photo of my passport page on a mobile (what security) for goodness sake then wouldn't provide a receipt, wouldn't help with installation (instructions only in Albanian). I have installed data but have no idea how to get local phone number on my phone or international minutes. Atrocious service. Next time it won't be Vodafone.
