Делала заказ в августе 2022, доставлять до двери они отказались, тк я живу чуть-чуть за пределами Еревана, ну это ок. После звонка о поступлении посылки около трех дней ждала формирования документа для оплаты чего-то там (вроде пошлина, а вроде и нет, так до конца и не поняла), что немного долго для формирования бумажки, по приезде в офис мы взяли бумажку и оплатили в ближайшем банке, после получили посылку, все было запечатано.

Почитав отзывы об этом месте, сложилось впечатление что это ужастное место, вроде почты России.
Но на удивление все оказалось не так плохо. Мне заранее позвонили спросили паспортные данные для получения заказа. Спустя несколько дней позвонили, сказали что посылка доставлена и можно прийти забрать.
Офис в целом маленький, и менеджеры там загружены.
Но меня приветливо встретили, спросили имя, нашли мою посылку, распечатали накладную, я подписал, далее оплатил, и отправился восвояси.
На все ушло минут 15-20 включая ожидание в очереди.
Единственное что оплатить по карте можно только переводом(терминала нет).

Так же моя посылка почему то задержалась, и сайт UPS не работал, но трек отслеживался до какого то времени. Но это уже не как не относится к точке выдачи.

Позвонили, пригласили получить накладную, по которой поехал на таможню. В самом офисе просили оплатить 6000 драм, по причине хранения более 2-х дней. В итоге ничего не платил.
В таможне потерял 2 дня…
Очередь на склад и в окно 1-4 лучше бронировать через мобильное приложение earlyone на 10:00.

I have NEVER experienced such rude and unpofessional customer support. They don't answer the phone. When you call them twice, they just disconnect it. Then you start searching their contacts through social networks. Get it finally and call multiple times to get through to hear a bunch of lies. They post false information on tracking system. I cannot express to what stage of anger they drove me - usually kind and understanding person.
The costs of receiving the parcel already exceeded DHL's rate 2 fold, and I STILL don't have it! After ruining my day and missing my dentist appointment.

TO UPS: YOU'RE DEAD FOR ME BEFORE BEING BORN. I wish you soonest bancrupcy and that all of your needs are met that exact way you meet the needs of your customers.

To whom it may concern:
For your own sake NEVER EVER CONSIDER THEIR SERVICE FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT if you don't want to run after your package like I did.

The most irresponsible company I've ever ordered with. They have even required extra money that I'm sure is not according to law. After asking why no one could answer me why they wanted that money.

They asked for 5000 drams for fast customs clearance, and when I paid, they miraculously ended up under their table. They just extort money for "quick clearance". And last time they called and said your product has arrived, but for home delivery you need an additional 2000 AMD (delivery is included in the initial amount). I said okay just don't forget the check. And today they called and said that they don’t have workers for delivery, they all left to work in "CARGO" for 3 weeks, you pick it up yourself.

In tracking site it shows that I receive the parcel,but actually I have not yet.

Worst of all services I’ve tried. Rude call Center, huge delays. Their competitors (DHL, FedEx) work much better.

Update: they delayed for more than a month, then called and asked to receive the parcel by myself (though I payed for door-to-door). They explained it with the limited capacity of delivery guys claiming that otherwise it’s gonna be up to 2 weeks to deliver the parcel to me from their Center (it’s a 15-minute drive, lol). On top of that, they asked for 2000 AMD for delivery. But the funny part they didn’t deliver it, I did it.

Absolutely terrible experience. They are the worst of the three with FedEx being top-1 and DHL being the second. Avoid them!

Horrible service; they don't notify you that you have a parcel and that you need to pay extra to receive it. I used DHL before and never had this kind of bad experience!

Disgusting service. The first time I waited for the parcel for almost 2 months, and after swearing on the phone with these "we-didn't-lost-we-just-can't-find-it", I still paid for storage. The second time I didn’t noticed so they sent me a parcel via "ups armenia" again. 9-10 business days? Forget it. They never answer calls or messages. And don't flatter yourself, no matter how much you paid for home delivery, the delivery guy is you. In the best case, you will have to go there during working hours (weekends they are closed), to this dirty garage and pick it up yourself .. + pay the customs duty, which has not been indicated anywhere before.

The worst service ever. In addition to the transportation fee ( includes service fees as well) you have to pay additional service fee to take the items. Disgusting customer service, you ask why I have to pay extra money, they say, be satisfied, it's not more expensive🙃🙃🙃🙃
