Շատ վատ ու անպատասխանատու ձևով են աշխատում։ իրենց հետ կապնվելու համար 3 օր հարկավորա ու ներքինով են պատասխանում ։ իսկ ծանրոցս չեմ կարողանում վերձնել , խնդիր կար չէին էլ զանգահարել հայտնել ես եմ հետաքրքրվել 1 շաբաթ հետո իմացել այդ մասին ։ ու դեռ ծանրոցս չեմ կարողանում վերձնել

One of the ugliest places in Yerevan. Rude, impolite staff, hysterical middle-aged woman, super- bureaucratic and demagogical mood supported by their super -unwelcoming director. It is second week can not receive my parcel sent from US by urgent express service. I wish this rate to have ZERO stars possibility. One should have nerves from steel to deal with them.

The service is awful in many aspects. They give me a tracking number, but there was no update there for about 2 weeks and the document arrived in 3 weeks. I understand that there is COVID19 crisis in the world, but the other company delivered documents from the same destination in 1 week.

I can't make a call, they work very very slowly. paid services do not match the time that is written

Абсолютный беспредел. Такое чувство, что эта служба не существует! На звонки не отвечают уже неделю!
