Beautiful historical winery. The history of the family and their wine making business was very interesting. We had a tour and a tasting and our guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with great details of the history and the wine making process.

It's well worth a visit to Bodega Benegas with its beautiful interiors, long history, and, of course, excellent wines.
The tour begins in the chapel-like "living room" with its immense couches, dining table, and asado apparatus, which I was assured is still often used.
The tour then moves on to the wine making facilities... pristine and waiting for the first harvest a month or two from now. Below are the rows and rows of wine storage vaults. And finally... the tasting rooms. My wife and I are by no means wine experts, but our host patiently guided us through the tasting process, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Had a great time on our tour. Claudio was our guide, and he was super knowledgeable about the history and production. He exuded passion for wine and winemaking- making us all the more excited to try the different wines.

This winery is a special place to visit. The owner has done a great job restoring this 100+ year old vineyard. During the tour you will get to see a great example of underground barrel storage and the tasting is in the cellar in an old wine storage vat. The facilities themselves are very beautiful and worth a visit and the wine is also top quality. Our tour guide was very personable and made our experience something we won't forget.

We were deeply saddened today learning about Federico's car accident and the tragic loss of his beautiful 'angel' daughter Alma 9 y.o.. But he was very sweet in welcoming us with a smile...

Muita história e principalmente muito bom vinho!!! Um brinde ao bom gosto, ao apreciar bons vinhos, verdadeira pérola escondida pelos próprios donos!! Se aprecia vinho vale muito ir a esse local !!!

Experiência excelente! Fomos recebidos pelo Sr. Franco que, com muita atenção, nos apresentou a Bodega, sua história, a linha de produção, os diferentes métodos e a belíssima cave. Na degustação, nos ensinou a observar as características de cada vinho e degustamos seus vinhos de alta gama, incluindo um blend 2012 indescritível. Não deixe de visitá-los.

Hermoso lugar, bien atendido y guiado. Teníamos una degustación de 4 vinos y fueron 5 porque Franco, nuestro guía, se copó. Nos terminamos llevando vinos y la pasamos muy bien. Recomiendo!

Uma das mais bonitas que visitamos. O guia explicou de maneira muito clara as etapas da produção de vinho. Além disso, não é industrial como várias vinícolas aqui de Mendoza. Vale a pena!

Excelente bodega e inolvidable experiencia. Visitamos la bodega con un grupo de amigos y Juliana nos contó la historia y anécdotas del lugar al detalle. Muy amable y atenta, disfrutamos muchísimo de la visita y degustación (mucho mejor que algunas bodegas más grandes). Lo recomiendo al 100%! Se degustan varios vinos y el ambiente es muy relajado y confortable!

¡La primera bodega que conocí en Mendoza!

De gran recomendación tanto por los vinos que ofrece la bodega como por su historia... No puede faltar su visita a esta bodega ya que la misma es un ejemplo de como arranco el vino en argentina (no quiero ser spoiler 😜). Además, es una bodega boutique dónde su producción en mayor parte es exportada lo cual no es muy conocida dentro de las opciones que acostumbramos comprar en argentina.
La visita guiada es excelente y se nota el cariño familiar en esta empresa. Los vinos son deliciosos y se observa la tendencia a la perfección y la mejora continúa.

¡Si vienen a Mendoza, no puede dejar de pasar por aquí!

Hermosa bodega antigua y tradicional muy bien cuidada y con detalles que la convierten en una visita obligada para los amantes del vino y su historia, ya que cuenta con una exposición de objetos y herramientas vitivinícolas antiguos, además de las tradicionales piletas... Los vinos son de calidad superior, y su degustación en la cava completa una experiencia sin igual -Un dato, con la compra de algún vino se bonifica la visita!
Con la excelente guía de Ramiro en un perfecto inglés, esta pequeña bodega sorprende detrás de cada puerta, muy recomendable, y cerca de la ciudad!!!
