Entre Cielos Luxury Wine Hotel & Spa

5 stars isn’t enough. Truly heaven on earth. It’s pricey but if you can afford it, do it. It’s the only hotel where I’ve felt like spending time there is better than anywhere we could go. The best service, food, and views you can imagine. So romantic I loved it!!

10/10 stay. Courteous, warm, welcoming, and supportive staff. Location is beautiful and superb. The vineyard lofts are one of my favorite rooms I've stayed in around south America. The Hammam rhassoul experience with a massage is an absolute must when visiting.

The experience at Entre Cielos at the end of September was wonderful. The grounds and settings are serene and inviting. It was wonderful to hang out on the patios and grassy area, sipping wine and taking in the view of the Andes. The cozy lounge areas next to the pool that sort of look like birdcages are ideal napping areas. Rooms are nice and I loved the tile work in the bathroom. The staff were wonderful and helpful. One criticism I would have is that you can hear everyone in the hallway; the concrete structure lends itself to echoing. I also wish the jacuzzi had been operational, but totally understand it was just the beginning of spring. The Hamam was such a unique and relaxing spa experience; never experienced anything like it - especially being covered in bubbles. I would totally recommend this magical place to others visiting Mendoza, and would come back.

We stayed at Entre Cielos for 5 nights and did not want to leave! We had a vineyard loft, and each morning was lovelier than the last, waking up in the vineyard to a view of the Andes mountains. The hospitality and attentiveness from the staff is unparalleled. Do not miss a full day spa experience! Also the asado evening was fun - it is a communal experience and mingling with the guests enhanced our experience. We had the most relaxing holiday of our life at Entre Cielos. Will revisit!

Entrecielos is a breath of fresh air. A truly exceptional hotel. The limited edition room (the one on stilts in the middle of the vineyard) is spectacular and unique. The breakfast was one of my favorites anywhere in the world. Service was top notch. The only disappointment for us was the hammam circuit. They awkwardly shepherd you around and you have to stay in each steam room for a specified amount of time. We would've rather had freedom to roam. But the massages were amazing and well worth doing. Overall, highly recommend!

Edit: I'd add, in consideration of the response below, that even with the forced guided system through the hammam, it does not feel private. In fact, you are always on the tail of someone else because of the way they force you through at specific times. It was actually rather awkward! It would be better to be able to move through more naturally, as every other spa in the world I've been to allows.

Hammam is absolutely amazing, the staff are so lovely, the place is spotless. My experience was really really good, all steps I was guided and taken care of. Finally my massages were so good, Noelia was kind and did a great job. Will definitely come back.

There is not a thing I can criticize regarding our stay at Entre Cielos. I only wish we had another few days to stay and enjoy the hotel itself.

Special thanks to Micaela and the concierge staff for all of their help arranging a private driver, and helping out with our winery itinerary. They, and all of the other staff members, were so fantastic and friendly.

The spa was also very special and beautiful. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the expansive hotel grounds, which were so well tended and abundant with life.

We came here on our honeymoon and stayed out in the vineyard lofts. It was an incredible stay and we loved every second. The room was beautiful, the view amazing, the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the communication from them throughout and the effort they made to ensure we had an unforgettable time. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mendoza, or even Argentina. It truly is something special

Loved the hammam experience - only two guests per half hour, very private and relaxing. The deep massages were not very deep, though the stone massages were nice and relaxing. We had lunch at the hotel after - delicious food and great view.

Wonderful place between vineyards!!! The design is present in every detail. A place designed to enjoy the harmony of the environment. The attention of all the staff is excellent. Martina booked us a lunch at the Ramos Generales restaurant and that was an unforgettable experience. Too bad it was cloudy because in my room there was an excellent telescope and I couldn't use it. An extraordinary place!!!!l

Absolutely incredible service, relaxing and beautiful hotel, 5 star spa! We stayed here for our honeymoon for 6 nights and the staff were amazing in every way. Great food, nice pool, stunning view of the mountains, and beautiful resort grounds. The staff were very competent, excellent English speakers (even though my husband speaks Spanish fluently). Unlike previous reviews, we had 0 issues paying for the room and the food/services. There were no questions about our credit cards or whether or not we could pay. We paid the room prior to arrival and paid for charges to our room at check out with no problems. The spa was very accommodating with our strict honeymoon itinerary and even fit my husband in after a last minute cancellation. The foam massage (Cleopatra circuit) is the best spa experience we have ever had. Absolute must! If you book here, do not miss a spa experience and book at least 2 weeks in advance as it gets booked up very quickly. Overall, the hotel/spa service really was 5 star, we had a free bottle of wine upon arrival, were served well at the poolside, and anything we asked for (like using an umbrella or getting a short lift via golf cart to the front) was accommodated by the staff with no issues, attitude, or concerns. They were excellent in every way. Very well situated outside Mendoza City. Close to tons of wineries in the area, all within 30 minute drive. Close to hiking, horseback riding, and rafting. Easy 45-1 hour drive to airport. Spotless, well equipped room, with extremely comfortable bed and chairs. Highly recommend in every aspect.

From Micaela at the front desk, Franco in the dining room, Chef Maxi, most thoughtful who treated us to a wonderful after dinner sweet , this is a paradise! I highly recommend you stay here when you are in Mendoza. The views are spectacular. Serene, refreshing and totally spirited!

Really loved our room in the middle of the vineyards , great experience! They all face the mountains / sunset so you never see into anyones terrace and there’s enough space between rooms for it to feel private. The staff at reception are outstanding and I liked that they communicate over WhatsApp when needed. The only thing I’d work on is the breakfast selection, which felt quite poor and minimal and also the golf cart availability. Every time we parked our car at the entrance there was either no golf carts available to take us to our room or we waited so long that we decided to walk instead. I then decided to ask for a cart in advance to pick me up in the room at a specific time and it never came so I walked again. Also we had problems with phone and wifi in our room so that’s something else that should be looked at for all rooms before guests arrive. Other than that I would certainly come back and spend more time at this hotel , it was a dream !

Entre Cielos is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed (and we have traveled extensively). The hotel- which is located on a vineyard with views of the mountains beyond the grapes and olive trees- is absolutely magnificent! The rooms are spacious (with the most comfortable bed!!), the food and wine are delicious, but most of all, the staff are what make this place truly special. Everyone is so warm, lovely and willing to help and all- especially Martina- go above and beyond to ensure an experience so perfect you won’t want to leave.

Spent a day at their spa and absolutely everything, every single detail, every staff interaction, everything we ate, was enchantingly perfect.

Incredible place, absolutely beautiful grounds, peaceful, amazing service, amenities and views! Would highly recommend! Splurge on a room in the middle of the vineyards, you won’t regret it!
