Lares De Chacras

Wonderful hotel!! We had a great time and experience at this hotel. First day we got there they were having a wine harvest at their small family owned winery and asked us if we wanted to join in. We had had a full day wine tasting excusion but we said why not as we may not have this opportunity again. It was fabulous from picking the grapes to picking out the twigs and leaves before being processed. After we had wine, cheese and sandwiches. Such a great experience. Food at hotel was top notch with breakast included. The hotel staff also organized a bike wine tour where we had an amaxing lunch. The entire staff made you feel you were part of the family. When we travel to Mendoza again would definately stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lares de Chacras. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The food was excellent and tasted fresh, and the menu stated they use herbs from their garden. We had two wonderful dinners outside, and the breakfast was my favorite part! The hotel smelled amazing and was very clean. Relaxing by the pool after wine tastings was lovely. It was also very walkable to several local wineries. We hope to come back again one day!

Our romantic weekend in Chacras was made delightful by staying there. Very attentive staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere, lovely pool, and much quiet! Very good restaurant, and excellent breakfast (saying this as someone picky who never partakes in hotel breakfasts). We won't hesitate to come back.

Best hotel I stayed at in Argentina. That’s over the past 4 months. Location was great, good spot to launch the bicycles and hit the wineries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Lares de Chacras... a small, quaint, and very comfortable hotel. The room was large and well equipped with everything you can expect in a 4-star. We had a balcony overlooking the garden and pool... well worth the upgrade.
The pool was very, very welcome after returning from touring hot Mendozan summer landscapes!
The breakfast buffet was excellent... especially the super fresh fruits and tasty cereals. You can also order omlettes and expresso coffees off the menu. The kitchen was a bit inconsistent here... one day, I had a fabulous poached egg with poached pear and blue cheese while my wife had the best, fluffiest omlette ever... the next day, the omlettes came out overdone and inedible. My wife's cappuccino was excellent one day, not so good the next. Fortunately, the buffet was always perfect.
The staff here was consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful staying at Lares de Chacras while visiting the Mendoza wine region. The concierge was extremely helpful in obtaining wine reservations. The breakfast each morning was so delicious with savory and sweet items for you to pick. The pool was also perfect to relax after tasting wine all day. I would not hesitate to come back.

As an avid traveler, this is one of my favorite hotels around the world. The rooms and the property are beautiful, it's less than 2 minutes to walk to all of the restaurants and shops and you are very close to the wineries. What really makes this place special is the people who work there. Mariana at the front desk helped make us reservations at the best bodegas, when I caught a cold, they brought me soup and tea. Everyone is so friendly, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful hotel with unbeatable service. The staff truly made us feel welcomed during our trip and a special shoutout to Franco who helped us take care of everything we needed to do.

This place is such a gem! One of the coziest, most welcoming places i have ever had the pleasure of staying! The entire ambiance is just relaxing. We had two deluxe rooms, one with a beautiful fireplace, but i peeked into several of the other rooms and they were all very nice. The staff is amazing! Very hospitable, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic every morning. We had dinner there one evening and it was also delicious! There were many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. (If you go, be sure to have at least one meal at La Gloria! About a 7 minute walk) We would definitely stay here again without any hesitation at all!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lares de Chacras! This charming boutique hotel deserves a solid five stars. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness, patience, and friendliness. They made our stay truly memorable by helping us book activities and being incredibly flexible with our needs.

The hotel itself was a haven of cleanliness and relaxation. The serene environment made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Plus, the location was spot on, with easy access to fantastic restaurants and bodegas. I can't recommend Lares de Chacras enough – it's the perfect place for a delightful getaway! What a comfortable and welcoming boutique hotel in Mendoza. Just a short 35 minute drive for Mendoza Airport, you’re greeted by the staff like they are welcoming you home. This is a gated hotel with 24 hour monitoring. A good feeling of security.

With a very easy checkin, the staff member carried our bags to room 5. Spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and an amazing rain shower, shower. A/C and heat are individually controlled. In room safe was also provided.

We had a wonderful view of the back area overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Guests are very respectful of the quiet surroundings.

Breakfast is includes with both a choice of continental style as well as some hot selections of egg dishes. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but if breakfast is any indication, it won’t disappoint.

It’s located an easy walk to the town center of Chacras de Coria which has an abundance of shops as tasty restaurants.

The staff is eager to help with restaurant recommendations/reservations, taxi calls, wine tours, bicycle rentals with an abundance of bike paths.

Lastly but importantly, the staff here is just fantastic. Always helpful and kind. We would like to specifically thank Laura for her helpfulness, kindness, professionalism and hospitality. She was our point person from start to finish. She was great!

All in all, if we were to return to Mendoza, this would be our go to home away from home. Many thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 6 nights. Very cosy and clean. Staff is very polite, always with a smile. Breakfast is great and the restaurant at night is also very good. It was a perfect staying.

Amazing hotel! After one month travels in Argentina we wanted to enjoy a bit of luxury and we totally found it here! The breakfast is a super start of the day, in the night you can have dinner here, which is great value and good food. The pool is very relaxing and the rooms are big with a nice shower and bath. Also the staff went above and beyond to help us, the girls at the reception helped us organise reservations at wineries or reserve bikes, the personnel who helped for dinner and breakfast were super nice and they always did everything with a smile. I would always come back and recommend this place to everyone wants to enjoy the amazing wineries around Mendoza!

Even beyond our high expectations. Staff extremely professional, knowledgable and service minded in a very natural and warm way. We strongly recommend this boutique hotel. And not only for accommodation - the restaurant is the best in Chacras de Coria! Kudos.

Magnificent! We had a very relaxing stay. The staff were great and the accommodations excellent. This was the perfect spot to relax after a long day on a biking wine tour. We chose to book dinner at the hotel. Going to their wine cellar to pick out the bottle beforehand was fun.

Great hotel in a lovely setting with wonderful staff. Would definitely return for future stays in Mendoza. Pretty pool, very secure feeling, great breakfast and super service make it really feel like vacation! Very helpful in arranging visits/meals as well.

Stay here. Just stay here. The setting really makes you feel like you're on vacation. Everything was effortless and just taken care of. The staff! Friendly, accomodating, and multi-lingual. They made planning our trips to the wineries of the area so easy, booking reservations and drivers for multiple days. The restaurant at the hotel was cute and perfect for big or small meals, and had an absolutely adorable valentines day dinner. From the welcoming glass of wine, to the friendly staff that learned who you were, you can tell there is a lot of care and love put into this hotel.

The hotel had clean, beautiful, and spacious rooms. The bathrooms were well-furnished. The hot tub and pool were large enough to not feel cramped. It was set off from the main roads and surrounded with greenery. It really felt like a remote resort. There are small restaurants and amenities walkable from the hotel, but more importantly, it's easier to get to the rest of Mendoza's wine regions from here (a little south of the city).

A wonderful atmosphere! Nice quiet hotel with amazing staff! In a good location close to three different wineries within walking distance. Mariana helped us at the front desk get checked in and set up reservations and suggestions for visiting some wineries nearby. Super helpful and very nice! I highly recommend staying here! The rooms are wonderful!

Wonderful place. Spent 5 nights here with my wife. We had a great time. The entire staff was great. Our standpoints were Francisco and Marielis! They were perfect in every way. Great breakfast each morning included in rate. Dinners were outstanding. Location was perfect for exploring. Zero issues.

Beautiful place. Our bedroom was perfect. Excellent location if you have a car. The parking is included so is a plus. The food was amazing! We preferred to have dinner there instead of going out.
