This place has a great reputation, but the service I received was not great. I have a unique problem with my feet and was recommend to go here. I felt unheard and not listen to after my consultation. The full custom shoe was built exactly how I asked them not to do it and was not really better then the shoe it was replacing. The footbed(insole) was same like all the rest and can be found other places without having to travel far. Hope your luck is better
