Had an amazing experience with them for renting equipment for me and my 7 year old daughter and getting some training for her as well.
Kira (the ski instructor) was wonderful, she even agreed to teach my daughter in her day off, so I can only praise the staff that I met and thank them once again for the experience.
They were very kind always, very flexible with the returns, always prompt and friendly when communicating (in English as I don't speak German).
Overall, can't recommend them enough!

Got a good experience renting skies for cross country skiing, skating style.
Called, agreed to come, got decent equipment, happily did two trainings 20 km each.

Really helpful people are working here. I've lost a screw for my very archaic binding (10+ years) and those guys were very helpful, found it AND even didn't even wanted anything in return afterwards, so I needed to make them receive a tip for their efforts :-) Thank you so much, if every shop was so helpful for all the skiers and snowboarders!

I had a problem with the BOA system in my snowboard boots. First, I was in two other services nearby, but they didn't help me. Finally, in Sport 2000, the service person replaced BOA lace in fifteen minutes for a couple of Euros. I didn't have to rent other boots, leave my gear for a night etc. Therefore I could continue a day of snowboarding with only a short break. Thank You!

Bought there board (DOA) and bindings.
They had a pre season sale after holding a board testing day on kitsteinhorn which was awesome.

The staff was super helpful and nice, and with the sale the prices were super good for a new 2019 board and bindings.

Went there again later to get boots but couldn't find something that really fitted me.
But the guy there really helped me and never tried to get me to buy something that's not good for me.

A lot of different brands and a cool place.
Will deff buy there again.
