Gasthaus zur Linde

You almost don't find places like that anymore in Austria, also for sure not within a city. This is a traditional old school Austrian restaurant with super traditional and typical Austrian dishes. Run by the whole family, it's a pity that nowadays those places disappear one after another in the countryside. The food is very delicious, ask for the daily recommendation of the house, it's a weekly changing specialty, mostly based on seasonal ingredients. The owners run this restaurant with passion, while also having "normal jobs". Very friendly and talkative people, it's just a very authentic experience, I can totally recommend to you if you're close by and want something which is not your usual and sometimes quite boring restaurant experience!

We came in on a quiet Sunday afternoon when not much else was open. A few local men drinking and chatting at one table, and us eating at another. The food was fantastic and exactly what we hoped for, an authentic Austrian meal. The cordon bleu was our favorite for sure. The owners cook it all fresh to order and were friendly. Nice bathrooms down the hall as well. Take some time to eat here when you’re in town.

It was a trip 100 years back. It was a historie restaurant with a pleasant woman which owns the restaurant. She is so kind And pleased. The food was absolutely fantastic, it was a typical Austrian meal

Reviews don't lie! This place is not easy to find by accident, but is with visiting, if you are into local culture and daily live of regular visitors. It's quite small, but take tables are quite large, good for bigger groups. Beer is better average, but good enough to wash down difficult day in mountains. Pick from regular, Radler or wheat beer. You must order the food. Big portions, lots of side dishes and very friendly staff. Don't worry about your German, the owners can speak English. You can pay by card, big advantage. Get typical Austrian dishes, pizza is okay but can be a bit "fatty" for some people. In sunny days, you can also use an outdoor seating. Big old trees are blocking the sun. Parking is just next to the door, very convenient. Prices are adequate and better than in close cities.

Local restaurant with homemade, tradicional food. Portions are huge even for a big man. Schnitzel was delicious. Great coffee. Reasonable prices.

Mega klimatyczne miejsce. Jak by się czas zatrzymał. Byliśmy z rodziną przejazdem do Włoch i zatrzymaliśmy się na kolację. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Bardzo duże porcje. Nie daliśmy rady zjeść i Pani nam zapakowała na wynos. Ceny przystępne.

Einfache aber sehr leckere und grosszügig servierte Speisen zum fairen Preis. Wer Schickimicki sucht ist hier falsch. Wer einfach gut Essen will absolut richtig. Sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Niezwykłe miejsce, do którego trafiliśmy przypadkiem, mieszkaliśmy w okolicy, Google wyświetlił jako jednąz proponowanych restauracji. Znajduje się w niedużej miejscowości, daleko od hałaśliwej drogi. Właściciele są przemili, bardzo pomocni. Wszystko jest przygotowywane na świeżo, w oczekiwaniu na posiłek można już sączyć zimne piwo lub spróbować schanpsa (zrobionego przez właściciela 😉). Kuchnia z sercem, porcje od serca😉, właścicielka opowie o potrawach, zawsze coś doradzi. Polecam wszystkim, pozostawiam oznaczone jako: chcę odwiedzić🙂

Bodenständigens, uriges Landgasthaus. Ausgezeichnete Hausmannskost, frisch und selbst gekocht. Preis/Leistung überragend, ohne Trinkgeld hat man fast ein schlechtes Gewissen :-)

Ein Bauerngasthaus, wie man es heute nur mehr selten findet. Essen war super, große Portionen - angemessene Preise.

Sehr gute bürgerliche Küche.
Hier kocht die Chefin noch persönlich.
Portionen groß und der Preis passt auch.

Ein unglaublicher Ort. Das Essen ist zwar auf den ersten Blick nicht außergewöhnlich aber wenn man es dann auf dem Teller hat, ein Genuss. Absolut frisch und tolle Zutaten - total wunderbar!
