Heinemann Duty Free (VIE C-Gateshop)

I had the absolute pleasure dealing with Ms. Sanja at the airport today. She was not only professional and welcoming but also helped me out with my tax return and the receipts. Her warm smile made my day!
The shop overall has a lot of items you can buy as gifts. I got my niece some gifts for kids and the perfume selection was also great with the latest being displayed.
The cake is the best in the world. It is over priced but totally worth it.

We bough some alcohol here and accidentally dropped the bag so one of the bottles broke. We went back with a bag dripping with rum and asked for some paper towels. The staff was super: they quickly and efficiently took care of the situation. They realized that we would need a new receipt to get through customs (the original could no longer be read) and they replaced the broken bottle at no cost to us. Well done!

Heinneman is the best duty free shop where you can purchase high class designer perfumes and creams, very nice Austrian wines and chocolates. You can find designer bags as well all at affordable reasonable prices. The workers are the most friendly people you can find in Austria. I love to shop in Heinneman Duty Free at Vienna Airport each time I visited Austria.
