Meilinger Taverne

The staff: as nice and friendly as you can imagine.
The food: for my taste the portions could have been a little bit bigger. Besides that, nothing to complain about and pretty tasty.
The atmosphere: rather small (at least the room in the front, didn't see any other) and cozy, not too crowded.
The price: not cheap but definitely worth the money.

Wonderful dinner in the heart of Mitterstill. We had dinner on a table along the street, so we listened to the music in the square and enjoyed the summer party throughout all the meal.
The food is great, and the waiters are kind and polite in explaining the dishes.
I really reccomand the potatoes and mushrooms soup, which was perfect. Even meat is sweet and well cooked, and the price is adeguate for the dinner.
If I ever return in such a wonderful place ad Mitterstil in August, i will undoubtedly return to have dinner here.

Had a fabulous lunch here today. The service was immaculate, very warm, friendly and efficient. Our main courses(veal and Guinea fowl) were quite delicious and one of the nicest touches was the small pre meal appetizers, which surprised and delighted.

Have visited the Meilinger Taverne countless times and have always found a warm welcome and some of the best food and wine in the area. Ask for a recommendation of the best wine for the food you've chosen and Here Klackl, the maitre-d', will be glad to oblige. Decor is traditional and charming, portions are enormous and prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

We used to go here when the old owner was still in charge. Now after the change it looks a lot more modern, but still cosy. Great food, good wine and super friendly for dogs (they even offer a mat).

Waren am 18.02.20 essen. Drei Gänge Überraschungsmenü. Um es kurz zu machen, es war mega. Sind wohl seit diesem Jahr neue Pächter auf der Taverne, zwei Brüder. Super nett und vor allem wissen Sie was sie tun. Kann es daher nur empfehlen. Zwar nur eine Seite Auswahl mit Hauptspeisen, aber dafür super Qualität und Frisch ... kommen wieder ...also, wer es gut und frisch mag ist hier richtig.

Das Lokal ist es wirklich wert besucht zu werden. Es ist gemütlich und die Speisen sind sehr lecker und gesund. Die Kräuter kommen direkt aus der Natur und auch das Fleisch kommt von einem ausgesuchten Bio Bauernhof. Die Chefin ist sehr oft im Sommer unterwegs um selbst die Kräuter aus der Natur zu holen. Es ist dort eine freundliche angenehme Atmosphäre. Und auch nicht vergessen die vielen Weine und Schnäpse die sie selbst produzieren. Da wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Und man kann natürlich auch vegan essen.

Wir sind heute zufällig in der Meilinger Taverne gelandet und haben den Abend sehr genossen. Ein gemütliches Restaurant, eine kleine, aber sehr ansprechende Speisekarte mit regionalen Gerichten, die super gekocht sind, ausnehmend netter Service. Was will man mehr? Ich kann das Meilinger nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr feines Restaurant, welches großen Wert auf (wenn möglich) regionale und qualitativ hochwertige Lebensmittel setzt. Die Speisekarte ist saisonal abgestimmt und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist immer wieder ein Genuss.
