Excellent hotel with friendly staff, the facilities were fabulous, spa treatments excellent. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy the views and relax in comfy seating. My room was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. The hotel had a warm and friendly ambiance and I would without hesitation stay again.

Only negative was the gym, but tired, no running machine and no water so I bed to go to the bar to get a bottle!

Real Family hotel

Absolutely one of the best stays in or around Bad Gastein we have had! The staff are amazing! The bar tender was a true expert. The spa and pool was excellent and a pleasant experience after a great day hiking. The one site bike and ski maintenance area was a perfect addition!
The design and feel of Sendlhofer's is absolutely top notch!

I One of the best hotels in a quiet part of town, just a short walk from the center. Parking across the street in underground garages.
The clean and large rooms, if you get a family room you got a large balcony overlooking the mountains.
Very rich and tasty breakfast. Dinner I can not evaluate, we used a lot of nearby restaurants.
The only downside is that if you have small children who live water and swimming, you have to go to the pool in the morning before breakfast and even the night after your return from the trip:-)

Wonderfull Hotel. We stayed here a week and it was a lovely trip. The food is the best! They have things I usually don't eat and it tasted amazing. You can choose everyday your meal of the evening to be either meat, fish or vegetarian. The rooms are very clean! The balcony was very spacious. This hotel is ideal for wintersport. The bus stops around the corner and brings you to the piste for free.

Quiet, well located and well equipped hotel; with spa, large well kept garden, clean quiet rooms, nice restaurant and breakfast area. Friendly staff. Bicycle rental available.

Rooms are pleasant and spacious, very nice touch with rocking chair. Food is perfect, breakfast and dinner served with a smile. Menu changes every day, great retreat when skiing!

Great location, excellent food, spa is very clean and healthy looking. I recommend also for families with small children as it is very nice and there's lots of stuff to do! Free bikes& backpacks, etc. It's really considerate of family needs.

Great location, close to village center and good for hiking. Really good food. Friendly staff. Lots of nice details, like free bikes etc.

For conservative Austria this is like new age hotel
You will not find something like this easy in Austria

Food is great
Lucas restoran provide very nice and very good food

SPA is also great,especially part at -1 flor only for adults

Only thing that missing is connection between apartman building and main hotel building but pool is outside with thermal water

Ein tolles Hotel mit super Wellnessbereich, durch Luke‘s Wohnzimmer wird es zu etwas ganz besonderem! Das Interieur wird in seiner Kreativität nur durch das Essen übertroffen! Das Personal ist freundlich, man merkt den jugendlich modernen Zugang, ein Hotel zu führen. Sehr gerne möchten wir wieder kommen!

Ein absolut fantastisches Hideaway! Es gibt super Kojen und viele gemütliche Nischen! Ich war dort, um ein Buch zu schreiben und es war der perfekte Ort! Grandioses Frühstück und super Kulinarik im Restaurant! Auch der spa Bereich ist top!!! Jederzeit wieder!! Super Service!!!

Unsere Hochzeit im Hotel Sendlhofers in Bad Hofgastein war schlichtweg magisch, und das verdanken wir dieser erstaunlichen Location. Das einzigartige Ambiente des Hotels setzte den perfekten Rahmen für unser Fest.
Das Personal war äußerst professionell und aufmerksam. Sie gingen auf all unsere Wünsche ein und sorgten dafür, dass unser Hochzeitswochenende reibungslos verlief. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang bis Ende gut betreut.
Die Kombination aus verschiedenen Stilen ist einfach fabelhaft. Die Räumlichkeiten sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlen gleichzeitig Gemütlichkeit aus. Die Hochzeitsfeier in dieser Umgebung war einfach unvergesslich.
Das Essen und die Getränke waren erstklassig. Der erste Tanz unter dem geöffneten Glasdach war einer der Höhepunkte unserer Hochzeitsfeier.
Wenn Sie nach einer ganz besonderen Hochzeitslocation suchen, dann ist das Hotel Sendlhofers die ideale Wahl. Vielen Dank an das Team für ein unvergessliches Wochenende!

Immer wieder gerne zu Gast, ob in den Apartements mit Familie, oder alleine im Hotel. Frühstück im Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen, im Apartment kann man sowohl im Hotel frühstücken, als auch den Kühlschrank befüllen lassen. Aussenpool müsste mal überholt werden, Innenpool passt. Sehr schön die Saunalandschaft.
Personal hilfsbereit, freundlich. Sehr gut die auszuleihenden Fahrräder, auch E Bikes
