Das Landhaus Apartments Prägant

The apartment on the first floor in which we were situated was absolutely wonderful, clean, bright, warm, spacious and fully equipped with all utensils you need even for a longer stay. The location is great, just a 2 minutes from the gondola, ski bus station and a few fine restaurants. You can even go by foot to the big supermarkets near by (Billa and Spar), if you do not have heavy bags to carry. Every apartment has its parking place right in front of the building. In the basement there is a ski equipment room. The owners were so nice and kind, gave us all necessary instructions and tips, and even prepared our ski passes first thing in the morning. If we decide to come to Bad Kleinkirchheim again, Apartments Pragant will be our choice, for sure.

Everything was awesome, Mathias and his family are great hosts, rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped with all you need for staying. Well done!

The owners are very friendly, professional and very helpful. Great location - 100 m from the main street of the spa, with a view of the mountains, close to the ski lift and thermal baths. The architecture of the building and its decor reflect the character of the town and its surroundings. The apartments are functional, very clean, spacious and adequately equipped. Very good price for the quality offered. A great place for active recreation.

We were in BKK in this beautifull, very clean Landhaus in February for skiing. Must admit that the kindness of owners is really at 110%. Everything was perfect. Close to ski slopes, restaurants, supermarket and apartment 11 is more than perfect for 2-3 people. Definitely would reccomend to all. Well done Family Pragant and see you soon. Ales P.

We had lovely time staying in the Landhaus Apartments! Owners are very nice and helpful, quickly responded to all my questions via e-mail or later, in person. The apartment was beautifully furnished, perfectly clean, located in the very centre of the village which was great advatage. The best accomodation in the area! We would love to come again.

Always wonderful to stay there. Great host and lovely apartments with everything you need. The location is in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim only couple minutes walk from the cable car and thermal spa. They also offer you the Carinthia Card in summer for free.

Just..perfect

Für uns war es der dritte Urlaub in Bad Kleinkirchheim und das Apartment der Familie Prägant war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft, die wir hatten; gemütlichen, stilvoll und perfekt gelegen. Die Inhaber waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie nur möglich gemacht.

Die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus ließen keine Wünsche offen (Sauna, Semmelservice, Infomaterial, Materialkeller etc.).

Srhr nettes Aposrtementhotel, sehr freundliche Gastgeber die Appartements geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet auch das Kücheninventar. Brötchenservice Sauna im Haus inkludiert. In Gehnähe ein schöner großer Kinderspielplatz .Gut gelegen zum Skilift und Römerbad.Gutes Internet und viele Fernsehprogramme

Wir waren 9 Nächte da, und waren sehr zufrieden. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber, das Apartment auch sehr groß und geräumig. Wir hatten Brötchenservice auch genossen(um 8 warme Brötchen-toll)
Reinigungsmittel waren genügend da, und bei Bedarf gab es Nachschub. Alle 3 Tage gab es eine Zwieschenreinigung und neue Handtücher.
Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment weiter und würden wiederkommen.

Warme ontvangst, vriendelijke gastvrouw, mooi appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand te bereiken. Veel wandelingen met fantastische uitzichten. Een tip voor de gastvrouw: leg wat meer handdoeken neer als men er meerdere nachten verblijft.

Lep in miren konec, 150 metrov od smučišča in term. Apartma za dve osebi zelo lep, 5 minut hoda stran pa je pekarna s svežimi še vročimi kajzaricami, ki se odpre že ob 6:30 uri zjutraj - idelalno za dober zajtrk in odlične sendviče med smuko.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeberin ist SEHR freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber!!!!! In Bad Kleinkichheim ist alles in wenigen Gehminunten zu erreichen und man bekommt alles was man braucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren.
Wir kommen wieder !!!

Nettes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment.
Auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen.
Nahe der Kaiserburgbahn (mit Skischuhen ohne Probleme erreichbar). Tipp: Es gibt Skidepots bei der Kaiserburgbahn, wo man Skis und Schuhe abgeben kann. Dann ist das Quartier überhaupt bequem erreichbar.

Alles Perfekt, sehr gute Ausstattung der Apartments. Alles sehr sauber. Angenehme Gäste. Sehr gute Wellnessanlage. Nähe zum Lift und zur Therme ist sehr wichtig um einen autofreien Urlaub zu haben.

Nagyon szép környéken , jó elhelyezkedésű , tiszta , takaros lakások . Sítároló , parkoló rendben , a hotel reggeli svédasztala nagyon bőséges , ízletes . Kedves személyzet , barátságos , mosolygós tulajdonosok ! 👌( Booking azt ígéri , használhatják az appartman vendégei a hotel wellness részlegét . Sajnos nem így van. )

Apartman ma uzasnu atmosferu, hostitelia su velmi priatelski, vynikajuca poloha (pesi k vleku). Ubytovanie skutocne odporucam, ciste, utulne, presvetlene.
