Alpenhotel Stefanie

My friends and I stayed here for a week for Snowbombing, everyone from the managers to the cleaners were just amazing, very friendly staff (especially Victoria) she was just amazing and very helpful with everything. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of options, the view from the room was just brilliant. 5 stars through and through.

Imagine Faulty Towers, but in a good way. Lots of quirks, but hotel was very well located for access to the local ski areas (we drove every day, but the ski bus is also quite convenient), and the staff (Rainer & Tamara in particular) were very friendly and accommodating. Don't expect 5 (or even 4) star rooms or facilities, and you won't be disappointed.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a large modern room with nice mountain view and 3 beds. The ski bus leaves every 15 min from the hotel door and takes 5 min to the closest cable car in Mayrhofen. The pool is warm and the spa also very pleasant. There are very good restaurants in Mayrhofen, few min drive from the hotel. The parking lot is very big so no problem find a space.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was nice, room upgrade was appreciated Miles better than previous room.
Spa facilities great, only minor is snowbombing food menu would of liked a bit more on, even a feta salad would of been nice 🙂
And it's on a hill so excercise everyday 😂

Perfect place for rest yourself. Amazing view, perfect comfortable, clean room, friendly staff, management. Very nice breakfast big terasse, pool , sauna, gym everything what u need. Only what is missed for me is the minibar,but nothing others what i can say in a negativ way. Thank u so much the nice couple day hotel stefani!💗 we will go back!:)

Nice and comfortable hotel close to Penken. It offers standard and Panorama rooms. The breathtaking view of Alps is included in the latter one. Generally, the pictures of rooms and swimming pool present on the web site are a little bit confusing. One can expect larger rooms and the pool. As a matter of fact, rooms are approx. 18 square meters and the pool is as long as 10 meters. But this is really outstanding place with helpful stuff and classic Tyrol kitchen.

Nice hotel with good wellness - sauna & pool - for reasonable price. Ski bus in front of hotel. Parking place for free same. Very good and rich breakfast. Only disappointing is dinner in hotel restaurant. Poor and expensive, rather go out to centre.

Peter, the guy at the hotel bar, is a great guy. Makes great classic cocktails like whiskey sour, negroni, bloody Mary etc. Breakfast and dinner were on point. Rooms were above mediocre but don't expect too much.

Great place! Clean, fresh, friendly, nice spa, very good breakfast, with a shuttle service (5 min.) to the ski area. Definitely to visit again.

Mountain view room, in front of you creates a long lasting memory. Great staff that is ready to help you anytime and the outstanding breakfast make you to fell in love we this place.

Wunderschöne Zimmer,super nette Angestellte und überaus bemühte Chefleute.
Pool und Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und einladend.Hatten ein Mädelswochenende und wurden rundum verwöhnt.
Das Essen war sehr gut und es gab ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Haben uns alle in das Hotel verliebt und kommen ganz bald wieder.

Super nettes Hotel in toller Lage, wundervolle Aussicht auf die Berge, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Restaurant und Pool- und Wellnessbereich. Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Abendessen. Auch das Frühstück ist reichlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir waren in diesem Frühjahr zum Skifahren in Mayrhofen und haben als Familie (mit zwei kleinen Kindern) eine Woche im Alpenhotel Stefanie übernachtet. Wir können wirklich nur positives Feedback geben.
Direkt bei Ankunft haben wir automatisch ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Panoramablick aus beiden Räumen.
Es war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Zimmerservice stimmte auch total.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es war absolut reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Genauso hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Alle waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Auch der Spabereich hielt das, was er versprach und man hat sich absolut wohl gefühlt.
Ideal ist auch die Haltestelle des Skibusses genau vor der Hoteltür. Der Bus fuhr dann gerade einmal acht Minuten zur Gondel.
Wir waren in Summe wirklich begeistert und können dieses Hotel nach unseren Erfahrungen wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.
