Naturhotel Outside

Everything was perfect from food, room, sauna to whole ambience. The staff was very friendly and if you needed anything they helped you at any time. As for cleanliness, everything was also OK. If you want a quiet weekend break with great food, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great sustainable-focused hotel surrounded by mountains. The team was really friendly and welcoming. This family-run, intimate hotel it was everything we hoped for and more. The rooms are incredibly generous and comfortable. The food was tasty. Our absolute favourite was the wild swimming lake, it immerses you in the surrounding nature. The recommended hikes, and guided hikes make this hotel stand out from the rest. I highly recommend staying here!

Room is huge and comfortable. But the highlight of the stay is truly their dinner. Easily one of the best Austrian restaurants. Food is superbly tasty and menu is very creative. If you're staying here, definitely must get the half board.

I've visited the "Sauna World". It was very good. They have four different types of sauna, the spacious room to take a rest, the swimming pool with winter garden and the real garden outside. Everything was clean and new. Tea, soft drinks and apples for free. Towels available for free. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, offers amazing service and is located ideally to explore the surrounding valleys and high mountains. Not to mention the spa and the excellent cooking.

The hotel is in a great location within Matrei and the friendly staff is very helpful. We booked the family room, which was excellent. The highlight of the experience however, was the awesome spa facility and the outstanding, creative and innovative dinner meals. The dinner was a four course meal that was prepared by very creative and passionate kitchen staff.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben die Tage im Hotel Outside sehr genossen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals trägt zu einer entspannten Atmosphäre bei. Die gute Laune überträgt sich auf alle!
Das Essen ist unschlagbar: eine hervorragende Küche, die sehr auf gesunde und qualitativ hochwertige Gerichte achtet.
Das Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Die Zimmer sind in einem tadellosen Zustand, blitzblank!
Das Essen ist super lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Der Service ist immer super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alle Personen sind auch sehr freundlich zu Kindern!

Es hat wieder einmal alles perfekt gepasst. Das Essen war hervorragend und ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Obwohl das Hotel gut gebucht war und doch einige Kinder anwesend waren, hat man extrem gut entspannen und relaxen können.

Zurecht hat das Outside-Restaurant eine Falstaff-Auszeichnung bekommen. Hervorragendes Essen, ebenso die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und das Wellness-Angebot. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
