My favourite camp in Austria! Staff are very friendly, food at the restaurant is quite tasty, camping spots are flat/easy staking, and the amenities make for a pleasurable camping experience. The camp comes with a bus pass you can use to tour around the area which saves money for an already very well priced camping experience. Camped here for many nights. There's a shower, area to hang dry clothes, and even a hair dryer. After climbing Großglockner (Grossglockner) the staff gave me extra fries for the big dinner. On another night I came back late and they opened the kitchen just for me! Now that's what I call caring staff. They gave friendly advise and recommendations. The atmosphere was also quite lovely with mountains in the background with nature nearby. Couldn't ask for more.

Camping in a beautiful area surrounded by mountais, quite at night, only the river sound which makes it very relaxing 😌 the staff is really friendly, we got very useful information and tips about the hikes around (much better than in the tourist office!) 🙂 the facilities are clean and have everything we needed. It was a pleasure to stay there 🌞

Hi, we went rafting 11.9.2002 and all we can say that it was AWESOME . We had such a wonderful time on the river and at your camp site. The guides were GREAT, and big thanks to Mare and the owners. Guys see you, we will definitely come again.

Best value for money camping ground! We arrived during shoulder season (Sep/Oct) so the campground was not crowded. The shower and restroom are clean. Electric plugs are everywhere in the restroom. The host and the owner are pretty chill about the length of our stay, YMMV. They are super hospitable and welcoming. If we are coming to area in the future, we will definitely stay here again!

We ended up taking the rafting tour, which was considerably late for the season. Still, we were having fun! The rafting guide is great, fun, and knowledgeable.

We also tried the food at the restaurant/bar. We had the burger and it was pretty good (maybe we were too hungry after rafting).

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience staying with them.

I like to spend my vacation in this basecamp. Clear and new sanitary facilities, delicious food, and great view on the mountains. And it is also worth to mention that kayaking and rafting on the river Isel nearby, is an unique experience.

Idyllic spot. Friendly owner and excellent facilities. Good cycling along the river in both directions. Popular restaurant on site. Access for large vehicles and easy access service point too. We didn’t want to leave, and will definitely return.

Really great place! We were there in 13 people on bachelor party, and right now we are sure that it was the best place we could chose;) host (Walter) and all service are really cool and friendly people. Food is really tasty! Rafting and canoying are awesome experience! Good value for money. I strongly recommend it for everyone;))

Cool place! Good prices, new, good toilets and showers, eletricity etc. Some additional offers like rafting are worth checking! Good place to go nearby mountains if you have a car. Friendly and cool people :)

Fair and modern site directly at the Isel playspot wave. Perfectly for Freestyle evening rounds. Dryroom on request makes early/late year convenient. Late or rainy days make fair priced snacks or meals in the restaurant attractive.

Great views! Mountains all around, lake and river nearby. Variety of attractions at affordable prices. Decent food, very nice and understanding service, does their best to make your stay there worthwhile.

One of the best camps I’ve ever visited. Showers, food, bar are just amazing. Definetly will be back again.
