Mia Alpina - Zillertal Family Retreat

Simply the best hotel i have ever stayed!
Beautiful and clean rooms with great mountain view on all sides. Facilities that can satisfy all day activities for the whole family. All the necessary accessories for little kids. Delicious food with big variety and a menu that varies from day to day. Kind and very helpful staff. Everything that somebody could ask for the ideal family vacations you can find it here.

We had fantastic 10 days in the Mia Alpina hotel! The distance from the slopes is like 10-15 minutes depending on the area you want! The swimming pool in the hotel is fantastic, the room and food and service was also great! We liked all the facilities in the hotel and will certainly come back!

Mia Alpina - Zillertal Family Retreat is an excellent place to stay for families. The attention to detail is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hygiene is top-notch, and the food is delicious. The kids activities are well-planned and engaging, and rates are all-inclusive which includes meals and beverages throughout the stay ,just relax and enjoy your vacation.

One of the best things about Mia Alpina - Zillertal Family Retreat is that they provide everything you need for your baby, so you don't have to worry about packing too much. They have strollers, pampers, and even baby food available, so you can focus on having a great time with your family.

This was our third holiday at Mia Alpina, we have come three years in a row in February half-term. We are a family of 5, our three kids are aged 8, 12 and 14 and all of them said this is their favourite holiday of the year. The hotel is just perfect for our family, very family-oriented, delicious food, cozy atmosphere, all around convinience, staff is extremely friendly and helpful - the hotel owners always present and very supportive of anything you might need. The hotel offers a lot to do for kids but also for non-skiiers such as myself, I use the gym, the spa and have had some lovely treatments done. It is the perfect holiday for a family with young children and teenagers... parents have an easy time as kids are fully entertained, well-fed and worn out by the end of a busy, fun day.
We are booking for next year!

Me and my family just spent another wonderful vacation at Mia Alpina. It was our second summer in a row visiting and we absolutely loved it.
The hotel is a paradise for our 3 little girls and also for us, the parents.
The hotel is conveniently located in the Zillertal valley with short travelling distances to endless different things to do for the whole family.
The hotel has so many activities for the kids and they still don't forget the parents. There is a kindergarten at the hotel with absolutely wonderful staff that take such good care of the kids and have full day schedule of activities for the kids.

2nd but possibly not the last visit. Perfect place for both parents and the kids (specially for kids up to 7/8 years old)

Based on all reviews we’d read in advance, our expectations were quite high. But Mia Alpina met them all easily: it’s a wonderful family resort set in the beautiful Zillertal, offering excellent food, brilliant infrastructure for kids, friendly staff,….Would love to come back one day! 👍🏻

Great family hotel. We travelled with a 5 and a 3 year old. The rooms were spacious enough, tastefully decorated and with modern cons. There is a lot to do for children (big playground in viewing distance from terrace/lunch room, „kids club“ providing 12h child care, indoor/outdoor pool with slide). The ski course for our 5y old was excellent and he learned how to ski within 5 days. All staff was very friendly and provided great service with attention to detail (in particular André in the dining room). The food was very good and always accompanied by a good wine. The only thing we did not like is that fizzy drinks ice cream and everything unhealthy was within reaching distance of small children. Of course, it’s also their holidays and they should be allowed to enjoy their (even daily) ice cream, smaller kids just help themselves, touch everything etc and the intake becomes difficult to control. In summary though: we would recommend the Mia Alpina to every family with younger kids. We had a great time. Thank you, Mia Alpina.

Mia Alpina is an amazing family hotel providing a great base for skiing in the winter and mountain adventures in the summer! The hotel was built about 5 years ago and has everything thing you need to keep the children entertained including swimming pools, games room, adventure playground and mini animal farm! Most importantly they have an in house childcare service providing 12hrs of supervised activities for the children each day!

We love love love this hotel and come back here every year, the attention to details and the flawless accomodations are incredible! Every little thing you might think to need, they have! They love children, the hospitality is incredible and the meals are delicious!

Wonderful place with very good stuff. Always ready to help, give suggestions about possible action in house or in the area. Penthouse spa is perfect to relax and recharge batteries. Food is excellent. Good selection of drinks in bar. Free soft drinks available all the time...Kids club is very good. Kids can have fun in the safe and clean environment. Swimming pools is great for kids and adults.i will go there again for sure

This the best experience we ever had in Austrian Alps. We were 3 families with 3 children aged from 3 to 5 years old. Mia Alpina was the ideal choice for the kids and the parents. The food was excellent, almost all day buffet and great choices from menu at dinner time. There were plenty of activities during the day, great swimming pool for the kids, playgrounds interior and exterior. At the top were the fantastic spa facilities and gym along with the heated outdoor swimming pool which was one of the best ever seen. At the bottom pf Spieljoch mountain kids could have ski lessons just in front of the hotel if weather allowed or up to the mountain with great instructors. Thumbs up for Davide who was very good at teaching the 1st steps of skiing to our children. All staff were very kind and helpful. Many thanks for Dimitris and Johanna at the reception for the attentiveness each time we needed something. Top services and facilities in general. Totally recommended, we will visit Mia-Alpina again for sure!

The best hotel I've been too. I can't get enough of this place, we loved it so much. Perfect for kids and amazing for skiing!

Just good as it can get. To the level where some may find it akward. But, if you are going with kids and don't mind fanciness everywhere, this is the place to be.
