Hotel Helenenburg

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel during summer season. The view from the balcony was amazing, the location of the hotel is close to the city center, every evening after dinner we walked to the city center to enjoy the atmosphere and watch the waterfall, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff was very nice and helpful. Surrounding of the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We will come back during winter season.

Nice place good breakfast. Room was ok. 52 € night.

Хороший *** отель, бесплатная парковка для гостей, остановка ski bus напротив отеля. Персонал внимательный, гостеприимный, отзывчивый. Неплохая сауна, которую включают с 2:00 PM. Отличные виды, особенно из окон номеров, которые расположены на последнем этаже. Вцелом доволен, вполне возможно вернусь в следующий раз, знакомым и друзьям рекомендую ☺

Detta hotell var det absolut bästa jag bott på i hela mitt liv, i förhållande till prisnivån. Allt man kunde önska sig och lite till. Fina rum, underbar utsikt, underbar personal och service. Väldigt god mat och utsökt frukost. Vet inte vad man mer behöver på ett hotell. Ska absolut bo här alla gånger jag besöker Bad gastein/ Martin from Sweden.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit fantastischen Ausblick auf das Tal und die Berge. Und das beste ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Ein herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team, vor allem Frau Feeberger. Danke für Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir kommen wieder.

Velmi prijemny slovensky hovoriaci personal, vyberne ranajky tak isto ako vyborne vecere 👌🏼 v hoteli je sauna, radonove vane (za ktore sa priplaca) biliardovy stol a miestnost na zabavu 😅 hotel mozem len dalej odporucit

Je to tu super personal je zo Slovenska tak aj menej jazykovo zdatnybludia sa tu nestratia, strava je na vysokej urovny, rovnako ako aj pristup na zjazdovky ;-)

Mâncare foarte buna, curățenie,amplasarea hotelului,camerele cu balcon cu o priveliște foarte frumoasa

Veľmi milí a ochotný personál hovoriaci po slovensky.... Hotel Helenenburg ležiaci na prekrásnom prostredí.
