Kuchltheater Bad Ischl

Wonderful little Cafe. Parsnip soup was amazing and perfect on this wel, cold day. The owner is super friendly and helpful. He even had gluten free bread. A great find is a sweet little town.

10/10 would definitely recommend! We ate their ravioli which was delicious, and the food was ready in no time. Their juices were really good as well. Super friendly staff, got some great advice for our stay in Austria. A hidden gem!

We only had a drink here but it was a lovely little place to while away a hot afternoon.
The lady serving was very friendly, the bar was clean and the outdoor seating area was well situated to indulge in a spot of people-watching.

You can definitely taste the love and care the Baumgartners put in each plate they cook. The food at Kuchltheater is amazing and is a must-do if you find yourself in Bad Ischl!

Kleines, feines Lokal mit einem interessanten Frühstückskonzept . Man kann sich die gewünschten Komponenten aussuchen und dann auf dem Bestellformular ankreuzen. Kaffee und Speisen und Service sind sehr gut 👍

Perfect place for breakfast in Bad Ischl.
Served with warm bread, fresh ham and cheese, I strongly recommend a "das besondere" breakfast menu. Their homemade cake is also a kick in this restaurant.
Visited here twice, the owner/cook was very welcoming and had a sense of humor.

바트이슐에서 든든한 아침식사 장소로 추천합니다. das besondere breakfast 메뉴의 젬멜, 치즈, 햄, 살구잼, 오믈렛 요리가 신선하고 정말 맛있어요! 홈메이드 케이크도 많이 달지 않고 맛있습니다. 부모님 모시고 온 여행이었고, 만족해서 바트이슐에서 묵는 동안 2번 방문하였습니다.
카페 주인도 정말 친절하고, 기분좋아지는 식사시간이었습니다. 바트이슐 오시면 들러보세요~

Und weil es so schön war, sind wir heute morgen auch gleich noch um halb neun auf ein leckeres Frühstück zu Siegi & Sabine ins Kuchltheater nach Bad Ischl aufgebrochen. Was sollen wir sagen, einfach alles super lecker und reichlich. Auch eine tolle Auswahl an Wurst & Käsesorten vom heimischen Metzger. Und die selbstgebackenen Focaccia Brötchen sind soooo lecker! Dazu einen leckeren Weißwein (übrigens auch eine sehr sehr feine Weinauswahl und Siegi kann zu jedem Erzeuger was spannendes erzählen) und eine fantastico Cappuccino. Auf bald und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Tolles Essen, toller Platz. Das Wildschweingulasch mit dem Spezial-Pfeffer (wie heißt der noch einmal?) war so gut, dass ich locker die doppelte Portion essen hätt können :)

Wir sind total begeistert. Mit Liebe und Raffinesse zubereitete, frische Gerichte. Das Wildschwein Gulasch war total zart und die hausgemachten Ravioli mit Fischfüllung ein Traum. Super nette Wirtsleute runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Wiederholungsfaktor: 100%
