Villa Anna Kitzbühel

Villa Anna enhanced our stay. Upon arrival, it exceeded all of our expectations. This lovely appartment, perfect size for two, that comes with storage for your skiing gear and possibly one of the best showers known to man, to warm you up after those chilly days on the slopes. The location is perfect; it has a bar opposite “Woody’s” for those night caps. The kitchen had all necessary bits to whip up a fine feast to fill those hungry skiers. Close by is also a nice Chinese restaurant which we took away and enjoyed in the cosy comfort of Anna’s Villa. A truly excellent trip, made better by a lie in on the day of check out which we cheekily asked for and Anna made it possible. I couldn’t of wished for a better place to stay whilst in Kitzbuhel.

The house has a great location, right in the centre close to all the amenities. The apartment we stayed was well presented, spacious with more than adequate facilities. Overall we had a great skiing holiday with our kids and extended family.
We'll definitely book again.

Wunderschöne Zimmer, alles da, was man braucht, sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, gerne wieder.

Die Villa Anna, eine super location und Geheimtipp in Kitzbühel, den man eigentlich nur für sich behalten möchte ...
Tolle Appartements bzw. Wohnungen, großzügig und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Küchen mit allem, was man braucht, die Ausblicke so, wie man sie sich wünscht.
Perfekt gelegen in Zentrumsnähe und guten Erreichbarkeit mit Auto, Bus und Zug. Trotzdem eine stille Oase, mit W-Lan und bester Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Alles da, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Tolles Badezimmer. Mega bequemes Bett. Couch ziemlich hart. Tolle Aussicht. Durften früher rein, weil unser Appartment schon fertig gereinigt war. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder. 😍

Close to the railway station. Good conditions and clean, but... a plenty of rustic decorations spending nasty smell.
