SPORTLER Alpine Flagship Store Innsbruck

Had the pleasure of visiting this store today as I was looking for equipment for climbing. Was assisted by Jutta who was fantastic, patient and extremely dedicated to her role. She helped me find exactly what I needed and explained things in extreme detail. Highly recommend this store, great customer service.

Huge shop with a huge inventory of anything related to outdoor activities. Everything from camping to rock climbing/mountaineering.

Prices are average for the region, perhaps slightly lower. Some items discounted a fair amount, others perhaps a bit more compared to the U.S. (while others much cheaper than in the U.S. ie - rock climbing shoes).

Incredibly big and well sorted store! I was walking around in awe of all the things they had in stock. Only thing I couldn't see was hammock gear. Intense shoe and blue selection! Would come back for sure!

Great shop in a premium location in Innsbruck. One of if not the largest alpine sports store in Austria. Have a good selection of different sports. Prices are quite high, there are not many discounts. The ability to test everything and good service makes u for this. Adding a area with tents to test would finish the shop.

Very big store with everything for hiking and climbing. Friendly staff. You might get it cheaper on the Internet, but trying stuff out and getting advice costs.

Very good sports equipment close to the old Town in Innsbruck. Offers based on the season a broad variety of different types of sports equipment. Good customer service too.

I needed an emergy repair on my boot, but the shoe stores are closed in the weekend. Luckily Fabian is a great shoe repair man, and he fixed my boot.

Huge selection of sports clothing and top floor is filled to the brim with climbing accessories and whatnot. Great place.
