I just recently bought a new Maurice Lacroix watch from Christ, Mariahilferstraße in Vienna. While I am happy to have my new watch, I can honestly say that I definitely bought it more because of the excellent customer service provided by Maria. It's unfortunate that she will be moving to the Nuremberg store in Germany, which can only benefit customers there, and I wish her the best of luck in returning to her hometown. I don't often write reviews, but it's brand ambassadors like this that make customers willing to make the big purchases, well done Christ!

Michaela at Christ Jewellery store is absolutely fantastic! I recently went in looking for a special pair of earrings within a specific budget, and she made the whole experience incredible. Ich habe gestern bei Maria, der stellvertretenden Filialleiterin, eine wunderschöne Uhr gekauft. Abgesehen von der höchst freundlichen Bedienung, war sie auch fachlich sehr bewandert und konnte mich gut beraten. Insgesamt war ich äußerst zufrieden! :)
Das einzige, was ich kritisieren würde ist, dass ich mich gegen Ende des Kaufs etwas genötigt gefühlt hatte, eine Bewertung zu schreiben.

Meine Verlobte und ich waren auf der Suche nach Ringen für unsere Hochzeit und kamen zum Juweliergeschäft CHRIST. Begrüßt wurden wir von Frau Michaela, die uns mit Ratschlägen zur Ringauswahl sehr weitergeholfen hat. Während der Beratung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sie hatte Zeit und Fürsorge für uns. Wir fühlten uns gesegnet, auf sie gestoßen zu sein, da sie mit ihrer Erfahrung alle unsere Zweifel an der Wahl ausgeräumt hat.

Die Herrenuhr, die ich mir online reserviert und nur gerade gekauft habe, passt perfekt, sehr zufrieden. In diesem Geschäft sind nette Mitarbeiter, haben auch eine große Auswahl an anderen Produkten, was Uhren und Schmuckstücke betrifft. Von mir einen hohen Daumen nach oben

Ich habe eine Uhr zur Abholung in die Filiale bestellt und wollte diese nach ein paar Tagen Bedenkzeit doch gegen eine andere Uhr umtauschen. Der Umtausch hat problemlos und schnell geklappt. Außerdem wurde ich in der Filiale super kompetent und ehrlich von Maria und Dominik beraten. Ich komme gerne wieder!

ein zweites Ohrloch stechen lassen und es war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung! Sie hat sehr gut aufgeklärt und konnte mich bezüglich der Platzierung kompetent beraten. Sogar der Erstkontakt war super freundlich und angenehm, obwohl wir spontan an einem Samstagnachmittag ohne Termin da waren und viel los war. Große Empfehlung und vielen Dank! :-)
