Leider steht Service bei den Mitarbeitern der Bank nicht im Fokus. Bei Abwicklung eines für uns wichtigen Sachverhalts wurden wir durch die Bank nicht gut unterstützt. Trotz jahrelanger Kundenbeziehung wird man von oben herab behandelt. So hat Bank vielleicht im letzten Jahrhunder funktioniert, heute aber nicht mehr. Die Nutzung von heutigen Kommunikationsmedien zur Geschäftsabwicklung wird leider ebenfalls abgelehnt - hier lauter die Devise im Jahr 2019 schriftlich oder persönlich.

Jeder der einen wirklichen Partner am Tisch sitzen haben möchte, sollte um die Schoellerbank in Insbruck einen großen Bogen machen.
