We hired them and they presented well. But, after working with Pinzgau Cleaning for a year, it was an unmitigated disaster. As previous reviews indicated, the quality of work quickly deteriorated. We routinely received complaints because they did not clean showers, they refused to dust under beds. And why we approached the owner about it, he said, "it will never be better than this. If you don't like it you can fire us." And so we did. Since then, we have hired one lady who works 40 hours a week. She cleans what they cleaned better and in half the time - they were sending a team of three (who spent most of the time outside smoking). The owner routinely would miss appointments, not show up, miss rooms on the cleaning schedule, and blame "being in the hospital four to five times a year." And after we fired them, the left fake reviews on our company's google profile and we were forced to hire an attorney. If you value your business, don't even take a meeting with them.
