Nachdem ich beim 3 km entfernt liegenden OBI Baumarkt auch nach 1 Woche mein Produkt immer noch nicht in Händen hatte, weil zum einen die Maschine kaputt war und am Tag meiner Nachfrage zur Antwort bekam, sie wird erst am Nachmittag eingeschaltet.

Tags darauf, in Ihrem Bauhaus angekommen, dauerte es exakt 15 Minuten vom Betreten bis zum Verlassen mit dem fertigen Produkt. Vielleicht hatte ich Glück, einen solch kompetenten und motivierten MA zu treffen. Als ich sagte, das ist sehr schön geworden, erwiderte Hr Haider, ich fragte ihn nach seinem Namen: ja mir gefällt es auch sehr. Schön, daß es solche MA überhaupt noch gibt, bei denen der Kunde im Vordergrund steht.
