All Inclusive Familien und Kinder Hotel Samerhof

Stayed here for a short ski vacation, and the hotel was wonderful.

Opted for the half-board, which included a rich breakfast that even had custom egg dishes available for order, in addition to the general breakfast buffet. The dinner was truly spectacular, you could choose one of three mains and opt out of any dishes you wanted the day before via their app.

The rooftop pool and the saunas were great, but busy - as expected, since I arrived in peak season. They offer pool and sauna reservations as well as massages, although I didn't opt for that on this trip.

You get access to a free locker in the Millenium Express station, which is a really handy thing to have - not having to carry skis up and down each day made this trip a lot easier :)

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Niki and Elias. They really made sure everything was as expected - and it did! The hotel exceeded any expectations I had - I'm definitely returning here soon 😁

Our holiday was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Our kids (7 and 5) enjoyed it so much as well as we, the parents. There is so much to do, so many activities for kids you can choose from and at the same time, we could relax and go to a beautiful sauna or have some drinks at the hotel terrace. The great thing was the summer holiday card, so the trip up to the mountain was spectacular. The food is delicious, do not expect the tables to be covered by tons of food. You can choose from 3 main meals (1 always vegetarian) for yourself and from 5 meals for your kids.The stuff is so friendly, nothing you ask for is not a problem, We really did enjoy our stay and I'm pretty sure it was not our last time. Most of the guests were from Austria so the program and activities for the kids were in German, but the great Kaja from Slovakia who managed the kids club could communicate everything to our kids who do not speak German or English fluently. She took great care of the kids and they fell in love with her and invited her to visit us :)

Very cosy and nice hotel, mid-sized, but with a lot of activities and fun stuff to do inside it.

Family rooms with separated kids sleeping space, nicely decorated rooms, kids playroom, kids kino, wall climbing room, roof pool, very good breakfast, nice dinner.
Ski depo for free in the building where the gondola is, heated and locked - very convenient, so you don’t have to carry skis around.

Dinner is interesting - every day you choose what do you wanna eat the next day, through a Google Form. And then only soup and salat is self-service, other dishes are served to the table. The meals are very interesting, but still, I would personally prefer a regular buffet - it easier with kids. And you don’t have to think what do you want to eat tomorrow 😀

We have stayed in hotel Samerhof for 4 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. We are absolutely delighted. Hotel is 5 minutes away on foot from Milenium Express gondola, where is also baby track with ski rent and ski schools.

Food in hotel is very good. We took all inclusive and every day we found something good to eat. I am in love with dinner ordering through QR code. Dinners were very versatile and adults and children will always find something good to eat.

All presonnel is very friendly and always here to help you and support you. Patrick is always ready to help you with any questions you may have. We looooved Chiara in animation because she is very much involved with children. Marcel in bar is very friendly and ready to help. The owners are also so nice and helpful.

Animation is also very nice. They have so many different programms through a day for the whole family, you can always find something interesting. There is kidsclub with big playroom and baby playroom where are all different kinds of games for children. There is climbing area, cinema with popcorns. The pool is very small, but you can book the pool for your family only for half an hour and enjoy it by yourself. There is also separated spa for adults and family. We haven't been, but I saw all good revivews for spa.

In the evening parents can enjoy free drinks in the bar, as part of all inclusive, while children are playing in kidsclub.

We are very happy with hotel and we will be back again for sure.

The room was large and had plenty of wardrobe space. We had a nice balcony which was sunny in the mornings. The breakfast and dinners at the hotel were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a very good location for the skiing at Nassfeld. My husband enjoyed thye saunas.

This place was a hidden gem for me. Everybody was very helpful and polite. Close to Nassfeld Millennium express cable. Excellent food. Games for kids, treasure hunt, heated pool on the roof. If you are plannig to go skiing in Nassfeld - this is a great place to be!

I was there for skiing. Hotel was really perfect for perfect price. We had skiing ticket included in the price of the hotel - for better price, we got to free ticket for for storing skis, it was inside building where was lift. Hotel is near by lift, max. 4 min walk. You can par by the hotel, it was for free. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Room was new and clean. Staff was friendly all time. Inside hotel you can find wellness. I think there were about 2 types of sauna. On the roof on the hotel you can find small pool or hot tub with perfect view on hills. On roof you can find terrace where you can rest. I recommend!

The customer service was excellent - starting with speedy responses to our many queries during the booking process.
Throughout our stay, all the staff were helpful and kind - in spite of our limited ability with the German language.

The food was excellent and the staff managed to accommodate our varied dietary requirements - gluten-free, milk allergy, pescatarian.

The Kid's Club facilities were impressive and the staff were brilliant at entertaining a 2 year old while the rest of us had dinner.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - modern and clean throughout. Our Maxi 3 apartment was ideal and furnished to a high standard and the Skypool was an unexpected bonus.

Was a very relaxing stay. Kids well looked after, staff warm and friendly, light-hearted entertainment in the evening. Location is great, shame about the ebikes. Actually went away with my kids and going hone well rested. Thanks for a great trip!

Tolles Familienhotel mit einem super umfangreichen Unterhaltungsprogramm für Kinder und Familien. Aber auch genügend Raum für Paare ohne Kinder. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Hotel absolut Klasse, auch die Getränke sind sehr Hochwertig. Insbesondere die große Auswahl an Weinen ist erstklassig.
Dazu ein super netter und freundlicher Service in allen Bereichen. Auch das Thema Nachhaltigkeit findet seinen Platz zum Beispiel in überdachten Parkplätzen mit Solaranlagen und regionalen Produkten.

Wirklich tolles Familienhotel bei dem es an Nichts fehlt.
Moderne, saubere Zimmer, gesamtheitlich klasse Ausstattung, tolle Lage und auch absolut fabelhaftes Essen - sowohl für die Eltern als auch die Kinder.
All-in wird hier auch wörtlich genommen und man bekommt selbst seinen Aperol-Spritz ohne zusätzliche Aufwände.
Klasse Service vom gesamten Personal, ein stets äußerst präsenter und mithelfender Chef sprechen für sich.
Die Angebote für Kinder reichen von einer Indoor-Boulderwand, einem großen Kinderareal mitsamt Indoorklettergarten und verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum Zocken, bishin zu Outdoor-Kettcarbahn und Fußballplatz.
Ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt liegt ein kleiner hoteleigener Abschnitt an einen schönen See mitsamt Bar bzw. der Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen.
Absolut empfehlenswert und Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt für Groß und Klein 😉

1A. Familienhotel.
Gerade für Familien mit Babys aber auch größere Kids kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Jeden Stunde ein neues Programm. Somit kommt null Langeweile auf. Ein großes Danke schön auch hier.
Der essen war super. Frühstück war eine sehr große Auswahl vorhanden.
Mittagessen war ehr eine kleine Auswahl aber vollkommen ausreichen.
Zum Abendessen gab es immer ein Menü, was jeden Abend grandios war. Ein großes Lob an der Küche.
Fahrräder zum Ausleihen auch mit Anhänger für Kleinkinder sind vorhanden (kostenlos) .

Im allen ein super Familienhotel. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren schon in einigen Familienhotels, aber der Samerhof ist bisher das beste in Sachen Preis und Leistung.
Das Angebot für Kinder ist sensationell, angefangen von der Betreuung durch Fachpersonal bis hin zur Kletterhalle mit Seilsicherung usw.
Auch für die Erwachsenen ist eine Menge geboten, wie die Show am Abend oder der schöne Garten zum Verweilen mit dem angrenzenden Spielplatz im Blick.
Das Essen ist hervorragend. Etwas gehobene Küche aber dennoch bodenständig und regional. Für Fleisch- Fisch- oder Vegi-Esser ist immer was dabei. Die Kleinen haben eine eigene Speisekarte.
Und ein Nachschlag ist auch mal drin!
Das Personal ist immer freundlich und nett und man ging auf alle Fragen und Wünsche mit einem Lächeln ein.
Der Chef ist immer präsent und packt mit an, wo es gerade nötig ist. Er steht auch immer für einen kleinen Plausch zur Verfügung auf einer netten und lockeren Art.
Wir können den Samerhof uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir waren schon in vielen Familien Hotels. Aber das hat alles getoppt. Es war von vorne bis hinten perfekt! Die Zimmer schön und geräumig das ganze Hotel super sauber. Das Essen sehr gut jeden Abend haben wir uns darauf gefreut. Soviele freie Getränke Auswahl für jeden was dabei. Das ganze Personal war klasse aber unser Liebling war Marcel super sympathisch. Meine Kinder haben den Kinderclub geliebt Caro und Nele war bei bei ihnen sehr beliebt. Die Animation grandios jeden Tag ein abwechslungsreiches tolles Programm von Zauberer bis Feuershow. Wenn es regnet wird das Programm dementsprechend umgeändert und findet drinnen statt. Die Lage sehr ruhig und edylisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder zu euch.
