Highly recommend you stop by on your hiking tour.
Family run hütte, pleasent atmosfere, you can even teach something about hunting from the owners if you want.

Stopped by for a beer and snack on a hut hike. Lots of cows all around- pretty cool! Beer was ice cold and the apple strudel was awesome, perfectly cooked apples, flaky crust and great vanilla sauce. Service was good and prompt even though they were busy. Highly recommend you stop by.

It is truly the most fantastic family run Hütte in Austria, I happened to eat in. Really good, and home made stuff, and not the general rip off, that is elsewhere. I can only recommend. The owner is a hunter, and he also hunts in Hungary, trophees on the wall, which was also a great discovery. Congrats again!

Can get a bit crowded, might be not that easy to find a place. However when you manage to secure a spot, you will find out that among the others, they serve best Apfelstrudel ever :) As a bonus if you stay outside you will get amazing mountain view.

Had a Apfelstrudel with Vanilla Sauce. Was very tasty! Be sure to bring cash.
