Interesting, apparently if they can hear that you are not Austrian or German, they just ignore you until the Austrian and German people are served. We (Dutch family with three children) came in first and after us a German family came in. We had to enter our data in the system, which were already in because we have rented there already for many years (as we mentioned to the shop assistant) and waited for the shop assistant to help us. To our surprise, he started to help the family that entered after us. Even after a fridndly reminder there was ni change in attitude and continued to help the family that csme in after us. Obviously we left and decided not to come again, though we are and will be dkiing here for many years (to come). PS we found another store (we will be nice not to mention the name) where it was better organized and where we did feel as a welcomed customer. Pity for INTERSPORT I ecpected better.
