Hotel is in a traditional style and renovated with style and love. Very kind owners (owner-operated) with kind and helpful staff.

A lot of guests return to the hotel, as they know why.

In winter two ski resorts reachable, in summer a lot of hiking trails and ranger tours offered by the town tourist service agency.

We had a perfect stay in Bergkristal hotel. It is absolutely a five star hotel. Very modern, Great rooms, a very nice sun terrace.
We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel. The diner was served as if we were in a chef restaurant. Of course the food in both meals was great. And the owners of the hotel are very very nice and helpful. We were there for two nights and were sorry we could not stay longer. No doubt we will return!

Beautiful landscape. Nicely renovated, modern hotel, yet you can feel the closeness of nature. Very clean, friendly room. The staff is extremely kind, they take care of our every wish. The food is beautiful, delicious and plentiful. Thank you for every moment spent there. 😊

This January was our second time in this little paradise in Alps. Hotel is perfect for relaxation with beautiful view at the mountains. Rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi is perfect. Food is amazing, specially dinner, compliments to the chef. Owners are really lovely people who take care about every little detail to fulfil your staying. This time, our friends were staying with us and they share our opinion. Our truly recommendations to everyone who likes nature, skiing, hiking etc..

A special hotel where we felt very good. It is centrally located in a quiet place with a beautiful view, with nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds with adjustable mattress with remote control, coffee maker in the room, large and clean bathroom.
The staff is very friendly, especially the owners.
Delicious and very nicely presented breakfast and dinner, good coffee and nice garden where you can enjoy it listening to the river flowing behind and admiring the landscape.

The most cozy and friendliest Hotel I have ever stayed at, for sure. The owner made sure we had the best time, the food is super delicious, the village and it’s surroundings are beautiful. We went there over new years and did some winter hiking. The hotel has a wellness area with 2 saunas, both of which we had to us, and a sun terrace. The value you get here is extremely hard to beat. We will come back!

We ate at the restaurant of the hotel and that was great! The food is really good! It is of higher quality than your standard restaurant. They serve a "day" menu with lokal delights and surprising appetizers and that for a really good price / quality ratio. The owners serve out the food themselves as well and they are very friendly. A absolute recommendation!!

One of the best hotel experience we had in our life.
We came there by tandem in beginning of october and people there were so kind with us, finding a safe place for our tandem. We enjoyed also the bar for a bier and the sauna for resting.
The breakfast was really nice and the place so peaceful !
Also, the bathrobe was so smooth !!!!

Wonderful place, newly stylishly done, wonderful young Host family and staff.
Very comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, great little spa area.
The restaurant is highly recommended too.
We'll definitely be back.

Run by a very nice and interesting family, they've packed what feels like a five-star hotel into a lovingly traditional surrounding. I wish there were more places like this—it honestly is worth making the trip and staying there just for the hotel itself. There's an endless amount of hiking nearby, and it's one of the very few places that will actually also deliver on the promise of "being away from it all". Stayed here for a night, and now wish we'd stayed much longer.

We visited Hotel Bergkristall on June,
The hotel is bare new, beautiful designed, very good mattresses - the beds are very comfortable.
Shower - big head shower, feels like a rain that dropping down on you.
The room are big, and fit to couple and more.

Thanks to the owners, Patrik and Regina for an amazing time, warm feeling and great hosting.

We do recommends truly on this Hotel when you visit the area.
