Haus Kolbnitz

This is a very nice place to stay, the owner is a Dutch man who is very friendly and speeks German fluently and English as well. He's also a good cook as you can see on the picture I posted.

The place is located in a small village in a valley between the mountains from where you can visit beautiful nature on a bicycle pr a motorbike but it's very easy to do with a car as well.

I really recommend this place to stay if you're considering visiting Austria 🇦🇹

It was the cheapest accommodation that we found. We had low expectations, and then when we arrived, it was super clean.

The men that welcomed us was so friendly. We stayed the next day until 16, and he didn't want to extra charge us, even though we insisted.

Very nice accommodation, super clean, and very cozy. Owner is super friendly and helpful. In front of Haus there is a parking for cars, we also had special room to leave bicycles. Inside of Hause there is caffe bar, same owner. We got not room, but whole appartment. My strong recommendation!

Bardzo miły właściciel, pokoje czyste, z umywalką w środku. Prysznic i toaleta wspólna, ale wszystko bardzo czyste. Ręczniki dostępne. Łóżka dość wygodne, chociaż bywało lepiej. Pokoje znajdują się nad barem, więc było trochę głośno, jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen to może być problem. Ale w związku z lokalizacją baru można iść na piwko po podróży. Parking dla gości, piękne widoki.

Top overnachting gehad! Alles was schoon en de prijs/kwaliteit waren wij erg tevreden over.

Im Haus Kolbnitz haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die sympathische Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns noch kurzfristig aufgenommen. Es war sehr sauber, mit großem Bad, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es auch einen Kühlschrank und viele Spiele.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall zurück kommen und definitiv auch länger bleiben um die Berge um das Haus herum beim Wandern zu erkunden.

Čisté prostředí, hezký výhled, příjemný personál. WC a koupelna společné ale to vůbec nevadilo. Snídaně dostačující.

Ganz freundliche Leute, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück perfekt. Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen.
