Love it. The hospitality. The quality of the ice cream. I know I said the hospitality, but it needs to be said again. Everyone was smiling to me even though I was there in the last hour. I got the caramel and the pistachio flavors, and they were amazing. I must say that they tasted more like regular ice cream, but that might be me. Their cappuccino is not strong, so definitely you shouldn't go there for coffee.

Good Eis. I chose bitterschokolade and zitrone which I think they are a perfect match.
Schokolade is good as always with small chocolate bites.
Zitrone is a kind of favor I have never tried fruity favor ice before. But it is as good as I could possibly imagine for lemon, very refreshing indeed for summer! I am glad I tried it. And plus the staff is patient and polite. Price ratio is reasonable too.

Great ice cream for a great price, even chocolate sauce is homemade! People working there a very friendly and helpful. I recommend this establishment.

was there last minute before closing time. The guys were super nice! and the ice cream woah! especially Pistaccio, ,Haselnut and Kokosreis Safran amazing.. will come back again for sure!

I just love the ice cream at Vanella! They have good variety and great tasting ice cream (pistachio is especially good ;), also with some sugar-free options

The best ice cream in Wien! So far, but still very, very good: fresh, tasty, fancy flavours and very kind service :) The place is also really nice and cosy, I will definitely come back for more! :)

I've tried lots of gelato across Rome and Venice on my short tour of Europe, and this by far has the best flavours I had so far. It's also really affordable (at the time of writing, 3 scoop on cone costs €4.80). I would recommend the chocolate, vanilla and caramel. Enjoy !!

Bought an ice cream to take away, which was superb. Staff are very friendly. Definitely revisiting.

The torta caprese was good, and i eat one of the best peach ice cream here. It was not too sweet, and clear fruit flavor. I will try here later more ice creams.

"Unfortunately" so close to my workplace that I need to go there couple of times a week. Constantly new flavour . Each of them very delicious. The best treat you can get in Vienna.

7-star ice cream. Most honest ice cream in town. No artificial softeners, etc. all natural ingredients. Creative flavors, e.g. straciaricotta. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but certainly worth the price.
