Our stay at MyApart 1709 was nothing short of exceptional. As a group of two families with four children each, arriving from Greece by car, we were looking for a memorable getaway, and this hotel exceeded all our expectations.

We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was legendary—far beyond what photos could ever capture. The attention to detail in the equipment and decor truly enhanced our stay.

We spent countless hours enjoying the balcony, the lovely backyard, and the fantastic sauna. The ping pong table was a hit with both the kids and adults. The view of the Austrian Mountains was breathtaking and provided a stunning backdrop to our vacation.

But what truly made our stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners. Their kind welcome, genuine support, and insightful recommendations stole our hearts. It’s clear that they put their heart into every aspect of the hotel.

August, keep up the great work! We’ll definitely be recommending MyApart 1709 to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

What a lovely stay! Our family loved the place and really felt like home :). The whole area is beautiful, the house is perfectly located (not far from shop, restaurants, hiking routes). Don't forget to ask the hosts about the tips for trips, they are always kind and helpful. We will allways remember this beautiful stay in Tirol :)

Fantastic ski in ski out apartments very close to the slopes and lift!

The apartments are of superb robust and gemütlich standard. Feel brand new. Towels, slippers and robes are provided. As are kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet papers and dishwasher detergent. Towels are changed after three days. Our hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s a very cosy terrace where you can enjoy a bit of afternoon relaxation. An outdoor sauna ‘hut’ is at your disposal. You can order fresh bread directly to your door in the mornings.

Truly ski in and ski out. If you don’t mind walking, the main Jochberg gondola is only a few minutes away. Should you want a bit of adventure, outside of Kirchberg you will find a 3,5 km long tobogga rodel.

There is a ski room and heated hangers for the ski boots.
Grocery store (Spar) is just around the corner ( a 4 minutes walk).
Would highly recommend this accommodation for families.

Vielen Dank für den nunmehr schon vierten Kurzurlaub in der Gruppe. Das Haus in der Martengasse ist zu Fuß rund 3 Minuten vom Lift entfernt, tolle Location also, wenn es ohne Skibus direkt losgehen soll. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sauber, mit Liebe eingerichtet, die Sauna und der Hofladen runden alles ab. Aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes ist es hellhörig, damit muss man leben, aber auf dem Weg bekommt man auch mit, wann es Zeit ist auf die Piste zu gehen, sollte man verschlafen haben :-). Wir als Gruppe können nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Hallo. Wir kommen gerade aus tirol zurück und schwärmen immer noch. Wir hatten mit zwei Familien ( je Eltern mit je einem Kind) die Ferienwohnung Zensi. Es war wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat ein einmalig schönes Flair mit den alten , wohl ursprünglichen Holzwänden, dem schönen Balkon und den großen schönen Schlafzimmern. Bequeme Betten unter schönen Dachschrägen mit urigen Dachbalken runden das ganze noch positiv ab. Bäder sind modern und sehr schön und dazu ist alles super sauber. Außerdem gibt es drei Fernseher und eine kleine Küche . Es ist wirklich toll und man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und haben auf jede Frage eine Antwort und einen guten Tipp. Der Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit und Fasssauna ist wunderbar. Also absolut empfehlenswert.
