Hotel Alpenhof

The Hotel is amazing – the facilities, food, and everything. The staff goes the extra mile. The all-inclusive option offers a perfect variety of food and drinks. What's truly amazing is being able to choose the dinner dish at breakfast, which adds an extra quality to the experience. Big kudos to everyone, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We have been friends with the ALPENHOF hotel since 2014. Everything it offers meets our expectations. Perfect atmosphere, great location, gastronomic offer and stay program are second to none. Nice service and concern for our well-being. We cannot imagine winter holidays in such an extraordinary atmosphere in any other place. I express the above opinion on behalf of several dozen people who participated in our winter holidays as part of the "STASIAK" group.

The building looks a little dated from the outside, but overall it's nice. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is normal apart from some dishes that have proved to be particularly tasty and well-finished (there are probably several chefs). The presence of the miniclub for children, active from 2 to 10 pm, is very very good. The boy who takes care of the animation, Jacopo, is truly exceptional and passionate, and manages to involve the children with chores and fun activities.
The pool / wellness area is beautiful ... and last but not least, the possibility of having the all-inclusive formula for drinks! I advise!

From the initial up to the last contact with the staff of the Alpenhof in St Jakob we felt welcomed and happy being there. Everything was so nice - hotel very clean, staff super friendly, food great.
We liked that dinner is not a buffet, but you choose your meal from 3 choices. I believe the quality is much better like that.
Our almost 4 year old twins had great time in the miniclub with Jakopo.
We bring great memories back home from our skiing trip and most probably we will be back next season.
Do not hesitate to book this hotel, my recommendation.

We just returned from St. Jakob D.
Ski resort is very nice, small but big enough for four days. Not many lifts but many slopes option plus two nice long slopes which runs down to the valley. Slopes are very well prepared.
We stayed for four nights at hotel Alpenhof. Hotel is on nice quite location, 5 -10 minutes walking to the center of village.
Hotel has own shuttle service which is perfectly organized, no waiting. With shuttle you are at gondola base station in 2 minutes. Hotel in general is very good,I would say great value for money!
Some parts of the hotel are for renovation but very clean and this I do not see as an issue at all. Bathrooms are new, lcd tv, beds are very good, wifi, wellnness center and pool are new and very nice. Restaurant is also nice.
Bar is great with fireplace and a snack room close. Ski room is also very good. We had all inclusive service with great choice of drinks included all day. This was fantastic, especially if you have kids.Afternoon snack was great. We were happy also with food for the breakfast and dinner.
People in hotel are very friendly and polite.
Every year we go to ski on different ski resorts ( more known and bigger ) and stay in good hotels but here we were more happy with everything and would definitely recommend as a nice compact ski resort and hotel Alpenhof as a best choice for accommodation!

Good price/value. Excellent facilities. We enjoyed dinners a lot because there was a lot of choice and the ingredients were of very good quality. The service in this hotel is excellent.

Its a really nice hotel to stay. Its my second year staying there for a week.
They have a realy well organised team which have a lot of humor in their interactions. And are very welcoming.
They have a bus which will take you to the ski piste. However you can walk this too its just 2 km just cross the road and go left it is a realy beautiful walk ive added some fotos of this walk.

The food was always a pleasant surprise. The barkeeper is a really good and knew exactly what I wanted every night sometimes I didnt even have to ask.

Good food, you decide what you want and they serve it. You get a table and you keep it during your stay... Great beds... Very professional staff. I give it 5 stars.

Kurz und knapp: einfach Super! Mit einer Reisegruppe im Mai dort gewesen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und reichlich am Buffet vorhanden, ob zum Frühstück oder Abends. Saunen, Schwimmbad, schöne Zimmer, ganz ein herzliches und aufmerksames Personal , samt Reinigungskräften. Danke für Dir schöne Zeit hier!

Siamo gia alla seconda esperienza nell hotel..e con ogno probabilità ci torneremo per la terza volta.
Siamo stati veramente bene..ottimo cibo e ottima struttura completa di ogni comfort...da menzionare il mini club ...I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimi grazie anche a Jacopol animatore.Empatico con i bimbi e grande intrattenitore.È rimasto nel cuore dei miei figli e sarà anche questo uno dei motivi x cui torneremo di sicuro li in estate.Complimenti

Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Zwembad mag wat warmer maar is wel te doen.
Ligging is redelijk dichterbij de gondel, met de auto 1min, rijden busjes, echter maar beperkt. Bushalte ski bus is op loopafstand. Lopend kan ook, niet gedaan maar denk zo’n 15min.
