Hotel Happy Filzmoos

Just returned from a week at the Happy Filzmoos and have already booked to return next year. A wonderful hotel, in best location for the village. Staff are amazing, Food fantastic. Management are so helpful and friendly. Great facilities and the best Apres Ski. We just can’t fault it!

We love popping in here for a drink after walking in the mountains . So friendly and professional.

about the restaurant: great food, totally recommend the risoto, it was perfect. the place is a little bit more modern than general in austria, which we find very attractive. good selection of wines and distillery beverages, besides the cocktails menu which is also good.

Best restaurant in Filzmoos. Tasty upmarket cooking and super professional service. It's a beautiful venue, very comfortable and we had a lovely evening there. We were a group of 13 including young kids and absolutely everyone enjoyed the food and the hospitality. The highlights were the traditional Austrian dishes especially the char (local fish) goulash. Highly recommended.

Perfect food🩷 buratta, trout, schnitzel, and some desserts🫶🏻 - well not some, but creme burle which was perfect!

Excellent hotel and kitchen and bar.
We stayed 4 days in Filzmoos at this hotel, and enjoyed every day.
The food offering is exceptional. The Eierschwamerl wrap was a taste sensation, and everything after that was of excellent quality. The wine is a little expesive, but is is very good quality so no problem.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I spent 5 days in Filzmoos with some friends at a different hotel and we ate at this restaurant 4 out of the 5 days for dinner. The service is impeccable our server for majority of the nights was this very nice english gentleman he is blond-ish and super friendly. His recommendations were fantastic.

You can taste how happy the cow is from the beef tartar. The food was spectacular here. You must try everything on the menu and especially the beef tartar!

Was here for best part of a week in september. Great Austrian hospitality with a fantastic restaurant. First time ever that i included a tip at checkout time. This one was especially for the kitchen. Highly recommended.

We had a nice en great time at Happy Filzmoos with our family. Good hospitality and delicious food and wines.

Very welcoming, even when arriving relatively late to eat. Not unreasonable prices for very good food and a fantastic atmosphere. Waiting staff are amazingly friendly and professional. Have spent two evenings here out of three so must be good!

This is for the restaurant only as we did not stay at the hotel. Given that this is the most popular apres destination we were taken aback by how good the food is. You can tell they have a very good chef, the menu is a mixture of Austrian and European cuisine all done with a bit of imagination. I would strongly recommend going there, the service and atmosphere is outstanding

Wonderful relaxing experience! Delicious haute cuisine food in charming restaurant! Comfortable modern decor. Elevator/Lift to all floors. Great convenient location right on the main road! We loved it!

The staff at the hotel were super helpful and knowledgeable, the hotel felt really homely and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The perfect wiener schnitzel. Maybe I was a little bit starving but it was unbelievable delicious. So as the kaiserschmarn. The service was also exellent and the kids menu was funny.

Great location can ski right into lunch or apres ski from the mountain.
