The variety of rings and all the possible configurations were plenty. We were also attended to very well by Enisa and team and happy with their service!

We were there without a reservation caz it was a spontaneous idea to go there. The staff, Dojeta, was super nice and really helpful. We wanted to just take a look around but ended up ordering something. Highly recommend this place. The price was reasonable. The service was great. There were plenty of options for you to choose from. No worries if you don’t speak German. I think the staff, most if not all, speak English too.

Unglaublich tolle Erfahrung! Termin war super schnell Online gebucht. Wir hatten keine wartezeit und wurden total lieb empfangen. Wir wurden rundum super beraten ohne das Gefühl zu haben das uns etwas aufgedrängt wird. Wir hatten überhaupt keine Ahnung wo die Reise hin geht und haben auch keine genauere Vorstellung gehabt was wir wollen. Auch mit kleinen Budget kann man hier wirklich das passende Schmuckstück finden. Die Größen beratung und Pflege der Eheringe wurden uns super erklärt und auch gezeigt. Wir sind von 4 Wochen bis zur Abholung ausgegangen und haben bereits nach 2 Wochen unsere Traum Eheringe abholen können. Auch die Abholung war total toll, einfach einen Termin online gebucht und wieder ohne Wartezeit sofort dran gekommen. Die Ehering-Beratung war sehr sympathisch und die Lieferung eine Woche eher da, als prognostiziert. Die Ringe passen perfekt, sind sehr hübsch und es war alles in allem ein sehr angenehmes und unkompliziertes Kauferlebnis.
Natürlich wurde versucht, ein teureres Modell schmackhaft zu machen, jedoch fehlte dem Argument dafür die mathematische Basis, sodass wir uns für die günstigere Variante entschieden und zufrieden sind. Es wurde dann auch nicht krampfhaft versucht, uns zu überzeugen, was ich als sehr respektvoll empfand. Der Kunde ist in dieser Filiale definitiv König.

Die Beratung erfolgte Termingerecht. Wir hatten noch keine Vorstellung und wurden ganz lieb und professionell von Enisa Miftari beraten. Der Service und die Atmosphäre waren super! Großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter.
