Amazing service. Went in looking for a new fountain pen. Gentleman took time to show me a large selection, helping me try them out and narrow down the field to something that fit my writing style and needs. No better way to buy a fountain pen than to hold it in the hand and feel it write. Even purchased some fun new ink to try out with it. I’d happily buy from these lovely people again.

Such a friendly and lovely store! I’ve been here with my parents and the staffs there (old lady and gentleman🎩 and a man next to pen showcase) were so kind! 🥰 My parents loved the cute things in the store and I was so impressed that the staff in the counter asked me where I’m from and spoke some nice Korean words🙂 (cuz sometimes some people rather judge the nationality of Asians and just say other languages..😭) I will definitely recommend this store when u visit vienna and want some cute souvenirs :-)

Enticed into the store by the wonderful window display, I looked the first time and returned later that week to purchase a fountain pen. The staff are knowledgeable and fluent in English, prices are fair, stock exceptional including rare brands and some special editions not available on the market. They helped with ink selections and duty free paperwork. I ended up buying TWO pens and highly recommend them if you are interested in buying a fountain pen in Vienna.

I wanted to purchase a German/Austrian -made fountain pen as a souvenir to commemorate my first trip to Europe. I journal daily so the nib, flow, and weight are important. The salesperson was courteous and spoke English fluently. He put out paper and inked pens for me to try. His comments and analysis of how I handled them guided me to a Waldmann which I love. A serious or casual pen enthusiast will feel comfortable auditioning pens in this shop. My experience was excellent.

A amazing stationery store! My friends and I all walked in to look around, and we all came out with something amazing! The man at the desk was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I will definitely be visiting this place again next time I’m in Vienna!

They had an amazing fountain pen selection, all the way from cheaper LAMY-s (with some older limited editions still available) to some high-end Visconti pens and the staff were extremely helpful. They had plenty of pens out to try the nibs on, and they were willing to exchange nibs to any in store for us.

What a beautiful store. People working there are extremely helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy a fountain pen in Vienna, look no further, this is a place for you.

Came to Vienna for a conference and wandered into the store to look at the vast selection of fountain pens. Christian’s family has owned this store for six generations and 180 years! His knowledge about the fountain pen is as incredible as his stock of pens and inks. If you are a connoisseur of the fountain pen, this is the place to go. (We also wandered further into the store and got some lovely stationery.) Highly recommend you stop here.

I came in looking for a new fountain pen. The gentleman working that part of the shop was fantastic. He picked out a pen for me in the price range that I asked for. He of course let me try it and then proceeded to show me a variety of other options. Of course the one I chose was the first one he showed me. All told it took about half an hour and I never felt hurried, rushed or pressured.

I purchased Pelikan M800 Renaissance Brown fountain pen on this Saturday. Their staff is very kind and helpful. Inside of shop is like a treasury for a fountain pens fan like myself. They do have variety of writing instruments including Pelikan , Montblanc, Lamy, Parker. Gentleman who served me during my purchase knows fountain pens very well. Thank you guys !.

Great store. Bought a made in Germany DUX pencil sharpener here for €2,90. Exactly what I wanted (and I went to three stationery stores before this, none of which had a manual sharpener!). The old lady who I believe runs the store was really helpful and nice.
The store has mixture of very nice stationery (Montblanc etc), affordable but quality stuff (LAMY, pencil sharpeners, etc), and souvenir items.
