Hotel Pichlmayrgut

Not sure why this hotel has a low review. From our arrival it has been such a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great spa. It’s timely but clean. Did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!

We visited this hotel for a symposium in May. I think I will come back in winter too. The location is great, in the middle of mountains. Most of the rooms have magnificent views. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are designed carefully. It is a great place for hikers, and I guess for skiing in winter. The breakfast was nice, the lunch was great and the dinner was excellent. Especially desserts are really nice. Also the staff were kind

My family and I stayed there on vacation and, while the hotel itself and the location are beautiful, I was blown away by the excellent service! One member of the staff in particular, his name was Vlad, went out of his way to provide exemplary service and recommended some natural juices that my health conscious wife loved! Also, he consoled our crying baby and refused extra gratuity for doing so. I hope he is recognized for his noble service and performance at a level above and beyond the expectations of the clients.

A very nice place with awesome views. Was there with the family and kids, and did not expect to receive so much attention to details and professional service.
Throughout our stay, Vlad made us feel like kings and make sure we receive a professional service at all times.
We will definitely come back and hope to find the same level of care and professionalism. If Vlad is still there, give him a raise or a promotion!

The place was great! People were nice. I remember one guy that was extremely nice and helpful, Vlad if I remember correctly. He was always around and very professional. I would gladly come back if this is the service I will receive.

Great service provided by Vlad during breakfast , his recommendations were very nice and I really liked the omelet which Vlad recommended , I have enjoyed my staying at the Pichlmayrghut , thanks to Steiner family for providing a high quality service !

Wunderschönes Hotel in einer beeindruckenden Lage!
Es liegt mitten in den Bergen und ist somit ideal für Skifahren und Wanderungen. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Wellnessbereich, welcher perfekt zum entspannen ist. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich finde das Hotel ist der perfekte Ort für den Winterurlaub! Es liegt direkt bei der Reiteralm, nach dem Skifahren kann man sich im 3000 m² großen Wellnessbereich ausruhen und entspannen. Nach dem relaxen im AlpenSpa kann man sich von einem 6-Gang Menü im Restaurant mit fantastischem Essen verwöhnen lassen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu einer Feier da. Leider muss ich sagen mussten wir lange auf Getränke warten und der Tisch wurde nicht abgeräumt.

Das Hotel sieht in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt aus.

divno iskustvo, usluzno osoblje, bogat izbor dorucka, nazalost, nismo rucali u hotelu, ali vecera je odlicna. Koristili smo tenis teren, teretanu. Sve super.

Naprostá spokojenost. K lanovce 3min autem. Velké wellness s bazénem uvnitř i venku, velké množství saun a odpočíváren. Fitness, kurty na tenis v hale. Snídaně formou bufetu s velkým výběrem, odpolední polévka a koláč s kávou/čajem, večeře 6 chodové menu. Vše velmi chutné. Pobyt se psem možný za 25eur/noc.

Habe hier ein Wochenende verbracht und fand den Aufenthalt wirklich wunderbar. Das Essen war egal zu welcher Tageszeit ausgezeichnet und das Angebot war sehr viel fältig.

Die schlechten Kommentare über das Personal ist ungerechtfertigt und typisch österreichische einfältigkeit. Alle sind sehr bemüht und geben das beste um dieses doch schon leicht in die Jahre gekommene Hotel zu pflegen. Das Service war immer top und alle waren sehr freundlich.

In Recht kurzer Entfernung liegen auch die Reiteralm bzw die Planai wobei man bei beiden eine Vergünstigsten Tarif erhaltet.

Die Google Bewertung liegt bei 3,9. Es gibt
Punkte die kritisiert werden und die ich allerdings nicht als Nachteil sehe. Ja das hotel ist verwinkelt und man kann sich schon mal verlaufen. Das finde ich im Urlaub aber aufregend und spannend. Dieses hotel hat Geschichte und Charme. Bei Wellness und Sport gibt es sehr viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Das Essen ist unglaublich gut. Die Weinkarte auch.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Gäste sind sehr verschieden: Familien, Paare, Gruppen.
Das finde ich auch gut.
