Such a wonderful place! Heaven for kids :)
The service is great, the facilities are well kept and so joyful for kids- fun!

Great value for money accommodation- clean and spacious rooms, indoor playground for kids with lots of toys, free coffee and tea and great location to explore Flachau. In addition, there are bicycles for kids and adults to use including a mountain kids carrier. I would have appreciated anti- bacterial hand soap in the accommodation which was unfortunately not available. Otherwise, it is a perfect place to spend with a family.

I would give 10 stars if I could! We stayed here for a week in march and we had the most amazing experience ever. To start with the arrival - we got a free upgrade of the apartment we have booked and got a larger one. The apartments and all the facilities are just great. It's clean, comfortable and very well organized. If there is something you need, you can ask at the reception and borrow from there. There're bikes, bike trailers, child/baby carriers, strollers etc. The people are awesome - Katja and Eva at the reception, Margret at the child care center. I can never thank Margret enough for the effort she put to calm and amuse our 8 months old baby so I could go skiing for a couple of hours a day.
On a side note - the ski area is amazing. We are definitely coming back next ski season.

A great hotel surrounded by nature, yet few minutes drive from Supermarkets and the center of Flachau. The owner and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are well equipped. The hotel offers the Flachau card with several discounts of nearby activities. In the hotel itself there are several activities for children, including a playroom and a large outdoor trampoline. The hotel also offers bicycle for travelling in the surrounding nature. It's location is perfect for daily trips in Salzburger Land. Highly recommended for families.

Great place to stay with kids. We enjoyed the playroom that was available 24/7 the most, specially in bad weather time. There were many things to do without extra charge such as borrowing bikes including a bike trailer, borrowing books and board games, coffee and juice at the reception, back carriers and buggy etc. We also got the Fachau card that gives you a discount in many places around like the famous Therme nearby. There are so many things to do around so you won't get bored. There's also a day care for children but we haven't really used it as it felt more focused for older children but the lady there was very friendly and experienced. The apartment we had was ok and a bit small but fit everything. The heating was not working when we arrived even though it was less that 10 C outside and after we complained we got an electrical heater that we could use to warm the cold place. In overall we were happy to be there and would probably come back again when our child is older.

Perfect for family with kids. The room was pretty clean, with all the necessity exception microwave oven.

Peaceful place, family-like environment. Lots of things for kids to do, with a small lake to swim in only a couple of steps sway. Excellent location for a starting point for plenty of excursions in the Salzburg area.

Perfect place to stay with kids.
Stuff very nice and professional, always have good suggestions for today plan.
There's several rooms with many toys for all ages and huge play ground outside.
All attractions are very close.
Defenetly will come back to another vacation .

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Sonnberg Ferienanlage verbracht. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die super Lage für Tagesausflüge mit kleinen Kindern und die Kinderfreundlichkeit der Anlage selbst sind für uns unübertroffen. Für uns eine absolute Empfehlung für einen schönen Familienurlaub!
