Turrach Lodges by ALPS RESORTS

Wir verbringen jedes Jahr unseren Frühjahres-Urlaub auf der Turracher Höhe. Dieses mal haben wir uns für die Turrach Lodges entschieden und haben eine Wohnung im Haus 410 gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und wir haben auch noch eine Wohnung mit super schönem Ausblick erhalten. Ein großer Pluspunkt für uns war auch die gesicherte Garage + der Hauseigene Wäscheraum. Da wir hauptsächlich zum Wandern auf die Turrach kommen, sind wir viel Fußläufig unterwegs wo ein sicherer Stellplatz echt super ist und wir auch unsere Wander-Klamotten waschen konnten. Wir hatten ein paar kleine technische Schwierigkeiten bei Anreise (wie kaputte Glühbirnen usw.) aber bei beanstanden der Mängel wurde alles sofort behoben!

Nagyon szép ház, maximálisan felszerelt, a kilátás az erkélyről pedig gyönyörű. A sípályák rendezettek, a sok ember eloszlik a pályákon. A pályához gyalog el lehet jutni a szállástól pár perc alatt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft & die Aussicht ist wunderschön!
Auch die Lage ist sehr gut.

Apartmanovy dům výborné vybaven pohodlný při plné obsazenosti. Při dostatku sněhu se z něj dostane přímo na sjezdovku. Jinak cca 700m autem

Tökéletes apartman max 10 főig. Felszerelt konyha, tágas terek. Szauna, jó ár-érték arány

Super gemütlich und schöne Aussicht 😄

The location is great, close to the slopes and not too close. The room was supposed to have a sauna and wifi, we didnt have these. The chair in the living room was broken. Finding the apartments is a nightmare, recommend sticking to the postal addresses of the houses rather than the numbering they provide. Its a mess and if you arrive after sundown its a hussle. The kitchen is well equipped, but there are no actual trays if you wanna cook, dont go too wild. Also, they forgot to note that we need to confirm the guest data 72 hours before arrival. This you should know. Good quality for the price but room for improvement in service.

Wir haben eine Woche lang Urlaub in Haus 3b gemacht, mit 9 Personen. Auf den ersten Blick waren wir sehr angetan von der hochwertigen Ausstattung, der Möblierung, Zimmer und Bädern. Einzig die Anfahrt über die unbefestigte Schotterstraße hätte man ggf. anders erwartet. Aber hier ist noch einiges im Bau. Auf den zweiten Blick mussten wir dann leider feststellen, dass die Küche nicht sauber hinterlassen wurde und offenbar keine Kontrolle von z.B. Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen etc. stattgefunden hat. So stand zunächst einmal Spülen der sämtlichen Utensilien auf dem Programm. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir um 7 Uhr von Baulärm geweckt. Davon ist in der Objektbeschreibung keine Rede. Die Tatsache, dass auch die Kaffeemaschine verdreckt und eingeschränkt funktionsfähig war, trug nicht zur Stimmung bei. Das sind Dinge, die man bei einer Unterkunft von diesem Preis nicht erwartet. Als wir das bei der Verwaltung anführten wurde uns auch nur gesagt: ‚Wir geben das weiter‘. Geholfen hat uns das nicht, weshalb die Bewertung - auf unserer individuellen Erfahrung basierend - entsprechend ausfällt.

We booked this lodge via airbnb for 9 adults. There were less chambers then promised (4 instead of 5). When we couldn't find the 5th room we got no help what so ever from the "host" and the company. Luckily, via airbnb, we got a huge discount, no thanks to Alps Resorts.
There also were not enough utilities for 9 people and it wasn't clean perse. For instance, there were only 2 cooking pans...
The location of the reception, as well as the lodge itself, was terrible to find. There is also a slippery and steep dirt road to the house.
What looked like the best deal ever, was unfortunatly a huge disappointment to us...

very disappointing experience and horrible customer service! jaquzzi is not working, and nobody warned us that the whole floor was soaking with full of water! worst experience as the cleaner guy stole a very expensive ski gloves! at the reception we were not allowed to talk to the manager they only said it’s not their problem.

hatalmas csalodas ert minket es rendkivul szornyu kiszolgalas. a jakuzzi nem mukodott es senki nem figyelmeztetett minket, elarasztottuk a teljes furdoszobat. a legrosszabb tapasztalat az volt, hogy az egyik kulso cegnel dolgozo takaritoszemelyzet tagja ellopott egy rendkívül draga Leki profi sikesztyut. a recepcional nem engedtek minket beszelni a menedzser, csak azt mondtak, hogy ez nem az o problemajuk.

Nagy csalódás volt! A személyzet ellopta a legdrágább síkesztyűnket majd amikor utánafutott az egyikünk a férfi aki ellopta a kesztyűt ellökte majd megrángatta a őt közben németül üvöltött!!!Felháborító hogy ennyi pénzért nemhogy a problémát nem képesek megoldani ,de a recepción megpróbáltak avval elküldeni minket ,hogy egy egész napos meetingen van a fő manager….akihez benyitottunk ,és még arra sem méltatott ,hogy felálljon a székéből illetve annyit volt képes mondani ,hogy ő nem tud segíteni. Bárki aki azt tervezi hogy ide jön nyaralni ne tegye ! A házban a jacuzzi el volt romolva amiről senki nem szólt,majd azt is rajtunk kérték volna számon…érdekes….
