I called the store n Mornington and Liam was so helpful, went up to get the cakes and he guided me what to do and he was the friendliest person and so helpful ask for Liam and he is such a great team member

Liam you are an angel! We always receive the best customer service anytime we order our party supplies at Lombard’s Mornington but this time ‘Liam’ really went above and beyond with his service-I had missed our balloon pick up window due to an accident and after calling the store at 5 mins past closing and explaining my situation, Liam and another female worker personally waited for my Mother after closing to ensure our balloons for our 4 year old’s Birthday party were safely in her hands.

nice and friendly staff! they work very efficiently with the amount of stress and pressure they are under with low amounts of staff. always try their best to help out and suggesting alternatives. always go to them when needing party decorations

Amazing customer service, stayed late to help with a bit of last minute costume shopping

Ordered over the phone, 2 separate orders to be delivered on separate days . I asked for them to be delivered in the morning and as promised everything went to plan. They were for my nieces who were so happy to have something delivered and we were so happy to be able to show our love in a time where we can't spend time together.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had by service representative, Alison. Rude with an offensive manner, reluctant to serve with any enthusiasm whatsoever as if I were a nuisance having walked in to the shop.
Can’t even be bothered going into detail except letting the owners of this business know that this young lady is not doing your business any favours and if it were my business I would be absolutely mortified to think customers were being treated in such a way. I have had many occasions served by Alison and it’s the same every time. Sadly I am reluctant to return again, would rather take my business elsewhere.

Hi, today I purchased some balloons and it turned out to be not a very pleasant experience. A senior woman with grey hair had a terrible attitude. She grabbed me and told me “she’s going to remove me from behind the counter.” After that she refused to blow some balloons up for me, instead said “I can do them at home”. Additionally, pointed me in the direction to collect my own balloons while refusing to help me and instead do nothing. My advice is, is that Lombard needs to hire more pleasant and friendly staff to keep your company in a good light.

Staff members especially Alma is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my life. So incredibly rude, management need to sort her out
