I wanted to give a shout out to the new manager here. She has been so helpful and amazing and when I went in there with my younger children, she was so understanding and kind. Her customer service really is next level.

I have been shopping at PSW Mornington for over 6 years and I have ALWAYS received exceptional service from Bev and Jess. From the moment I walk in the door, they greet me with a warm smile and make me feel like a valued customer. Their knowledge of the products is so impressive, and they are always able to help me find the perfect size and style for my child's uniform.
What really stands out to me whenever we visit, is their dedication to making sure that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. They take the time to really listen to my child's needs and provide us with valuable advice on how the kids like to style their uniforms and what the current 'fashions' are. (extra long winter skirts!) Their exceptional customer service skills are a testament to their professionalism and expertise in the field.
Overall, my experience at PSW Mornington is always excellent, and I owe that to Jess and Bev's outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of school uniforms. Thank you, Bev and Jess, for providing such a positive and stress-free experience!
