Battery World Melton

Highly recommend, amazing customer service. I noticed a few changes with my car so stopped in this morning and asked to get the battery checked. Found the battery was in terrible condition (see photos). I'm very appreciative. All fixed up in a short time and priced really well.

Went to Battery World Melton to get a replacement bike battery. When I arrived my car battery seemed to die as well. The sales person said after I had paid for the bike battery he would test the car battery, he found that the connections weren’t right and fixed the problem free. Thank you so very much for great friendly service, so greatly appreciated.

I had my car battery tested then replaced. It was lucky I brought it to Battery world as it needed a bit of fiddling around to fit the new battery which would of taken me a little longer to do. 10/10 first time experience. Exceptional customer service, thanks Colin.

I was greeted by Collin I think he name was very friendly and helpful and Duncan hope put in my new Battery was also very friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands very happy with the Service I got :)

I’ve had a very unlucky day today but the staff at the Melton store made everything so easy. They were extremely helpful along with great pricing and very quick response time. I particularly want to mention and thank Fraser (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly), who replaced my battery. His customer service skills are immaculate and his technical knowledge is clearly shown with how quickly and efficiently he gets the job done.

I dropped in to ask questions about putting an auxiliary battery in my car. The salesman was extremely helpful and explained everything, the store was short on some stock but they could get it in. Very knowledgeable staff.

Popped in to Battery World Melton today. Can't rate the experience high enough. Colin and Fraser were awesome, super helpful and friendly. Got the battery replaced in no time. Don't go anywhere else to get yours. Just go and see these guys if you're nearby. Totally recommend!

Battery world Melton helped me when I was stuck and my car wouldn't work one morning. Cause my battery was almost dead.
Fraser went the extra mile to help me out and fit the battery. Thank you so much to battery world Melton. I highly recommend their customer service.
Fraser also told me they change car battery remotes as well and the quoted price was quite reasonable.
The location is near the new Bunnings in melton so easy to find highly recommended!!

Best experience I have had in a long time. Told the shop assistant, who was very polite and professional what batteries I needed, he then fitted them for me and made sure in working order. Nothing was too much trouble. The service is the best and would recommend this business to everyone...

I needed the battery replaced for my car key. After inquiring at a couple of other places that we’re charging me $35, $45, $70 etc I found Battery World at the most reasonable price of $10! The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and efficient. It took him about 3min to do! I highly recommend Battery World and will definitely be back again. Thank you

I worked for 50 plus years in the replacement parts industry. Over that period I have experienced all levels of customer service. In some instances it's been very poor in others, very good, however I have rarely experienced outstanding service. I did today at Battery World at Melton. I received terrific advice, great technical support and excellent product recommendation.
My caravan issue was resolved at a very fair price.
